Found in a charity shop today - the Yoghurt Book. I've been hunting out a link, but no joy yet. Should I have bought it? smile

By Arto Der Haroutunian? Dark cover with a picture of a bowl of yoghurt, a salad, a curry and some ingredients (ginger, cashews, some sort of leaf...) on it? My mum has that. Its and ok recipe book but only becuase everything contains yoghurt. Most of the recipes are Indian, Iranian, Turkish, Russian Bulgarian... Lots of Armenia and the Middle East. Its got some recipies for making yoghurt and similar things. I wouldn't be too worried about not getting it. The best part is the information about the origins of each dish.
