Personality:She was originally painfully shy. She is creative and nurturing when given the chance. May seem aloof and antisocial due to her shyness. She loves to read books and learn new things. Recent events have made Mayumi less retiring and shy. One could say she has outgrown her shyness due to what life has tossed at her. One of her priorities in life is to be a good mother to her son Connor. She is also striving to forge a relationship with her mate Phoebus. Originally whether she agreed to be Phoebus' mate to give Connor a father figure or because she has come to love him was unclear. She now has come to admit that she loves her mate deeply. Phoebus and her share an undeniable physical chemistry which through time has grown to a deep love.
Prized Possessions: Mayumi's most prized possessions are her camera and books. She is trying to get to know her father and met her niece. She has seen her brother around but doesn't get to talk to him much. She has met her new half siblings Ryouchia and Faust. Faust seems rather troubled but likeable.
It seems that since becoming Phoebus' mate though outwardly quiet and shy to most. Phoebus has found a lass that matches his sensual appetite. She has a kinky side that she only shows to Phoebus.
Due to the lack of electricity and her inability to charge her digital camera she has resorted to developing old photography methods.

Current Synopsis of what's going on with Mayumi
She had a crush on Pepper but gets rather nervous when around him. She notices that he doesn't eat enough so she tries to give him food when she can. She finds Pepper entirely fascinating they seem to share the same passion for learning and inquisitive mind.
Recent developments though has shown that her crush has matured into love. Pepper and her seem to have deep connection. Only time will tell how well they will forge their budding relationship.
Misguided Pepper leaves Mayumi to go find answers to his health problems. Mayumi is currently looking for Pepper and is lost in the dead woods. She has recently laid an egg and is with a mysterious dragon with a strange speech pattern.
She now has a son named Connor. Phoebus the mysterious dragon with the strange speech pattern seems to have taken to acting like Connor's foster dad in Pepper's absence.
After spending time with Mayumi and Connor Phoebus has asked her to be his handfasted mate. they are currently trying to forge a better relationship.
Mayumi has suffered from a small flashback of the past. Though it hasn't been elaborated on
Mayumi seems to have gotten sick with a fever. Which maybe be attributed to a combination of cold and an infection from the scratch Reet gave her.

Calliope - She is pretty enough but overly hyper and not quite my type. She might be what Da meant about avoiding o'er clingy females
Celeste - Is a goddess as dragons go. She's drop dead gorgeous and loves to hunt. Reet said she's great at mating. I wish one day she'd notice me as more than a cute cookie. She is currently the only one I trust with my swords full name.
Cherri - She's short and curvy but she doesn't like hunting. I like her a lot and she gave me my first real kiss. Don't know if it would amount to more than fondness though she kisses really well. She likes small creatures and may not like that I enjoy to hunt.
Kura - Met her once she's Aiden's mate I think. Well she's my grand aunt so I'd rather not.
Maata- Is gorgeous and I always liked her but she seems to really love Faust. I wouldn't want to be someone's replacement
Ryouchia - She's my aunt and I like her a lot. She's pretty and interesting though for mating I think I prefer Celeste. She's my mom's sister something wrong with that.
Strawberry - I saw her but didn't really meet her. She's so pretty Uncle Kismet is lucky.
Sunday- She's very pretty but tall and intimidating.
Xanth - Is Mama's friend and Zoe's Mom. She is pretty but she falls under the she has a mate and don't try anything category Da mentioned.
Zoe- Is the most beautiful shade of green and pink. I have always had a crush on her and maybe always will. She's a bit of a ditz but she has a soft heart. She falls into the don't mess with or you may break her heart type.

*Mayumi starts to decorate her lair.*
She was lucky enough to have lots of space for her herbal garden. She still has to set up dining room and living room areas. There is an extra guest bedroom for a friend to stay over for a visit.
After a long day of decorating and replanting Mayumi decides to take a nice long herbal bath. After her bath she starts preparing sushi for her and Pentium. She makes his favorite tamaki, california rolls, spider roll and for dessert Taiyaki.
The two of them sit and enjoy their dinner on the floor since they still don't have a formal dining set. They are pleased with their efforts.
After dinner Mayumi read Pentium a bedtime story.

Mayumi saw the new hatchling and took pictures. She got enough nerve up to talk to Pepper. He seems rather shy and they both read french.
Mayumi decides that she will go pick some berries to bake a pie for her and Pentium.

Mayumi had baked pies and shared one with her new friends Kryssik and Homer. She left one at Pepper's and One at dad's.
She takes a look around her lair and thinks it needs to be rearranged somewhat.

After Spending some time rearranging and the unpacking her books Mayumi decides to make a stew. She slices up some carrots and fish and puts it in a stew pot. She adds some herbs for flavoring.
While waiting for it to cook she reads up on early photography methods. Since there is no electrical power source in orchestra she may not be able to take more pictures.

After a bit the soup was ready so she laddled out a bowl full. She ate a bit and planned to go outside and hunt or fish.
After eating she goes outside runs into her dad who has a facefull of dirt. She helps him clean up but he doesn't seem to be in the mood to go hunting so she decided to go try to hunt on her own

Mayumi returns home with a single quail and is disheartened. She needs a better hunting method.
She plucks the quail of it's feathers and skewers it and proceeds to lightly barbeque it over the fire. After it was done she eats some and gives Pentium his share.
She pulls out a book labeled "Hunting : hunters, game, weapons, and hunting methods from the remote past to the present day." She flicks through pictures of various hunting weapons.
Mayumi's Thoughts on Various Weapons Spear - Looks promising but needs a long stick and point tip to make Crossbow - Too complicated to make Bow and Arrows - Need to get a good flexible piece of wood. Makes note to save quail feathers for arrows. Blow gun with darts - Neat but I need to make some type of sedative to tip darts Bolo- Can be easily constructed but needs practice to get right. Mayumi decides to make a bolo and forage for a good piece of wood for a bow later. She spends some time making the bolo out of twine and some bone bits to construct a crude bolo. After making the bolo she decides to write Pepper a letter asking about the pie. He likes to read maybe he'll like to read her letter.
