"Shut up" said a deep voice from the shadows.

"You pirates are so crass. WHy don't you every just sit down and Shut up."

The man sighed continuing to stay where he was instead of emerging from his location to confront the pirate.

He had no desire to beat a pirate into submission, they were after all nothing more than a bunch of lowly roaming anmals, doing as they pleased with no sense of displine or order. Believing that everything in the world was theirs and that they were entitled to it. It made him sick just to think about it at times.

He stared at the pirate and thought it over, he could beat the birate senseless, that he could. However if he recalled things correctly this one was in his bingo book which made him even more of a target.

So.. easy

he mulled over if he should attack or wait.

"What is the point of fightning you, if I win then you are my captive yet if you win I am your captive, yet in the end we both retain our idelogies, and both will remain true to our cause."

He glanced away from the pirate and his funny stance.

"Besides if I was going to fight you, you would already be dead, I am in a leinent mood today pirate so don't blow it by striking funny looking poses. Just sit down and be quiet, perhaps enjoy the blue sky, or the fact that the ground isn't soaked with your blood."

He laid his hands on his katana before strapping it on his back.

"Tell you what little pirate, I'll give you the fight you desire. I'll even go easy on you. Though in the end you will be beaten into a submissive state, taken prisioner, and then broken for your secrets."
( I declare a three post each duel, as in you you get three posts and then I get three posts, then we will get a judge from the pirates and a judge from the ninjas in order to determine a winner, Upon that winner being chosen the winner then gets to capture the loser and whisk them away. what do ya say?))

Scorp smiled, perhaps this pirate wound be something of a challange, it wasn't as if his name wasn't well known, despite that he really didn't have a lot of intel on the man.

"Should I be afraid of your rag tag, team of pirates, a single ninja is far better than ten pirates, after all you are nothing more than a bunch of undisplined robbers on the highseas."

He sighed this looked like it would be mighty easy, the man seemed to be expecting a fist fight, which would be silly after all why would he expose himself to a counter attack.

"You seem to like that pose quite a lot, lets see how long you can maintain it."

Shikumi no Jutsu- This jutsu is much like the Temporary Paralysis Technique, but paralyzes the foe by showing them a vision of their own gruesome death. In addition to the paralysis, the enemy is overwhelmed with fear, and will no doubt suffer severe mental stress. The opponent is unlikely to be in a decent fighting condition for quite some time afterwards.


Scorp released not one but three shuriken toward's his target, he wanted to see something, he remembered that there was something funny about this man's skin, so he would test it out.

His movements are interesting to say the least.

He continued to study the pirate much like the teacher who prodds the lab rat in front of his students just to show a reaction.

Thiw won't be too hard after all

Suddenly the shadows began to become filled with bodies, living breathing bodies. All of them quickly preformed the Katon: Kasumi Engo no Jutsu. Which covered the entire field in quite the flamable gases.

"Tell me, I believe it is Luffy, am I right on this? Anyway tell me are you a smoking man? Perhaps you would like to set things of with a bang eh?"

He threw three more shriken in order to keep the attention on the incoming shuriken instead of the flamable gases filling the arena.

"Well then, I guess I could introduce you to the idea."

The arena was full of flamable gases now all that was needed was the spark,

Fire Element; Grand Fireball

A rather large fireball erupted from his mouth and in less then a second the enitre arena was ablaze as first an explosion erupted as the flammable gases created a beautiful show. Then as multiple things in the arena quitley sat still burning even after the fact.

Scorp however was fine, after all why would he use a jutsu that he wasn't pepared to defend against. He dispeled his own air jutsu and the armor that had covered his body slowly melted away back into the air, his clones however were a different story, some of them had protected themslves others had not, and interesting dilima in his mind yet none the less relvant, he sen on clone into the burning remains of the arena in order to find the pirate.

Scorp thought the man was joking, he formed up his oh so famous air wall and allowed the man's fist to slam into i, and with the speed that it had connected with the air wall it should have shattred every bone in that man's hand. Yet at the same Time Scorp had decided to teleport away from the attack itself just incase the man's fist had broken through and slammed into his face.

"What a pirate, you survived quite the explosion, who knew, you dodge with nimblness, I guess I will have take it up a notch."

Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu(Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique)This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will kick in. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in.
Magen: Nijū Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu-This jutsu places another illusion on top of a previous illusion created by the user. If and when the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realize that a second is in place.Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique

Scorp meanwhile began to summon the nesscary chakra that he would need for his next big attack.

Scorp sighed, this man was breaking free of everything he had thrown at him, at first it had seem he had been doing it with little effort yet the man look at least a little shaken after that last one. Scor diverted some of his chakra in order to make a clone before he went right back to what he was building up for.

The clone suddenly emerged from the shaodws in ever single way it remembled Scorp, it may not have been as powerful but it wouldn't have to be.

For just as suddenly as it had appered it disappered

Doton: Shinju Zanshu no Jutsu (Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Technique)-The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down (or possibly swaps places with) the opponent so that only their head is above ground.

The clone appered underneith Luffy in order to drag him under. it hand's extend reaching for his ankles so fast that no normal could possibly hope to evade.
