Alice plugged in a little device that looked alot like a memory stick into the phone jack and hissed at it to hurry up and download. She glanced uneasily into the pair of blood red eyes that burrowed into her, she could see the remains of a zombie, or was it several, lying inside it's booth. As it moved she realized that it was a
he, and that he was very humanly built, dispite the shadow quality he possesed. Stairing at her it walked, or glided she couldn't be sure, over to the door of her phone booth and rapped on it with two fingers. "
Hello?" She voice had a windy quality to it.
Alice's breath was knocked out of her and she jerked the device out of the jack at 98% downloaded. She swallowed hard blue eyes stairing into red. "Hello." She managed to choke.
He smiled again. "Nephilim." He said motioning to himself.
She felt her heart lurch into the confines of her throat. "Alice." She all but whispered mimicking his motions. Her eyes looked between the sharp teeth and the red eyes.
A highpitched sound rang out from the sky above and made Nephilim's head jerk sky ward. Alice begain to panic when she saw the zombies vacate the area. "Crap." again.
