A little history, Alice Cooper, as you know, is the original Shock Rocker who really knows how to put on a show. His band's unloaded great hits such as Eighteen and School's Out (for the summer, yeah!). You've seen Alice in such films as (#1), (#2), and (#3).

As for the show, you'll find his stage setup, presence, performance, and crowd interaction is flawless as it is creative. Now I've only worked the Freaker's Ball once, but I have to say, as a youngin', it's enlightening. You're totally engaged when the show starts. On the side, just before the show, you're going to see freaks, of the circus variety. There's fireeaters, people on stilts, midgets and bendy contortionists. All that. I'm sure, as last year (and most events), there will be radio representation. I think there were games, but I might be getting old...

It would be perfect if there was a thunderstorm during the show, but it's just awesome being at Tower City Amphetheater. I have to say that's my favorite venue to work at, and even more so to be at. The ushers are soooo helpful and friendly - beware of the be-froed tall-lady who will do her best to get you pumped and make each person feel special! Food is not as pricey as it could be, but I'd eat before going, unless...you're...willing to spend $5-10 on food. It's scenic, you're right by the river...which did once catch fire, I believe, but it's okay now. The worst that could happen now (although it's entertaining), is a big boat might come sailing through the docks, but it's never a real distraction. Anyway, a tip: if it rains and you've got GA tickets. expect to be allowed in from the rain. We don't play around with taking care of guests. That's all, I hope you all get to go.

Peace, Love, and Chicken Grease! ("The Pest" with John Leguizamo)
