So I was watching The little mermaid one (it was a rental) with my siblings and I saw the previews. So there will be a Cinderella 3 and a Little mermaid 3 (also the 2 of the Fox and the Hound crying This I do not approve)
So, while I have no feeling over the idea of a mermaid 3 I do have something to say about the Cinderella one (not bad comments). Still I apologice in advance if I offend anyone. Feel free to argue with me. ^_^
I was never a big fan of cinderella. She was just... there. She was sweet and nice and talked to mice. Also she never really did much to change her life, things just keep falling apart or in her lap and she went along for the ride. But the sequels of this movie have a good quality to them.
Cinderella two showed that the prince was not a stiff, but simply a character as simplistic as her. Also I didn't got the impression that he was wearing lip gloss (Don't ask me why. As a child I believed that the snow prince and Prince Charming both wore lip gloss). Also Cinderella is shown going from servant to fancy house wife instead of following the adventures of their daughter like other tales do.
Now the 3 one has me a little intriged. Lady Tremaine found out about the magic involved in what happened. So she takes the wand and starts twisting time and reality to make Cindy miserable. Now this raised me some questions:
1) How the heck did she found out?!
2) Also, how did she took the freaking wand?
3) Is Cinderella going to smack her?! (She glared at her and she look like she wanted to smack her. Honestly I would like Cinderella if she would just smack her. xd )
4) How would it all end? (i know that all will be happy and true love wins, but still... did Cindy smacked Lady Tremaine and gets the wand or what ?)
-Comment on any of the 3 sequels mentioned.

Before I say anything, please note that I am the type of Disney fan
who believes that Disney can't make animated sequels worth crap
anymore, though I still watch some of the sequels to see if there
was a fluke that made them good. Thank you for understanding my

gonk I had heard about that... the 3rd Cinderella movie, I mean. It sounds... a little weird. Villain taking good magic and using it for evil? confused It sounds more like an anime plotline than a sequel to a few-decades-old Disney movie... But then, that's just me... sweatdrop
To the other two sequels: burning_eyes The poor Little Mermaid has already been burned by a sequel, so I can't imagine what's gonna happen next. And what about the Fox and the Hound? Is it gonna be about Tod's and Vixie's kids meeting up with Copper's kids or something? (I hope I remembered their names correctly...) gonk
Even with my present thoughts, I'll probably still rent the movies and watch them anyway... sweatdrop That's the skeptical glutton in me...

The only one that I feel like watching is the Cinderella one just for the first half hour. This is Cinderella so I know true loves wins all and thatëvil never wins. I just want to know the how does the stepmother finds out about the magic and how does she takes the wand.

The Little Mermaid III???!?
Even for a die-hard fan like me, that is just too much.
apparently I'm like the only person on the planet who liked Mermaid II, for reasons I've said before. I really did. Really.
I just don't know about this. I know I'm going to see it. I'll probably watch it as soon as it comes out. But it confuses me. What else can they do with this plot?
So help me, if Ursula has another sister, I'll shoot myself.
Although I just watched the teaser trailer, and I have to admit I'm intrigued.
Is it just me, or does the music sound Pirates of the Caribbean-y?
To me, that kind of looked like clips from movies one and two mashed together with some new music and a fancy explosion. And some creepy eyes.
Curse you, Disney. Now I want to know more.

Okay, wait.
Now I'm just confused.
Just really, really confused.
It can't be a prequel, Melody is on the confirmed voice cast list.
But so is Ariel's mother.
And Ariel's a mermaid again in the musical sneak peak. And flounder's not fat.
This makes my head hurt.

The only Original movie I thought was good really was the little mermaid. THe fox and the hound scare me when I was little, and I hated lucifer the cat in cinderella. Personally I'm not much of a disney sequel fan. For me if it's a straight to video movie, it wasn't good enough for theaters.

hm.
That first trailer didn't seem real and neither did the trailer for Cinderella 3...
But that music one for LM3 looked better. That'd be neat if it was a prequel. ^^;

I don't know about the Cinderella one. And the FATH2? I don't even remember the first one! stressed Besides, didn't they grow up? "I'm a huntin' dog now" or am I thinking of another movie? The Little Mermaid I'll give a try, but you can only stretch something so far....what's next? Aladdin 4?

I was looking this up and Little Mermaid 3 looks pretty good, actually.... The Little Mermaid: Ariel's BeginningIt looks like it's the story of Athena, Ariel's mother, as told by Ariel - possibly to Melody, if she's on the cast list. Cinderella III: Twist in Time was really good, actually - I wasn't expecting it to be like that.... I haven't seen Fox and the Hound 2 yet, so I can't comment on that, but that's what I have to say on those two.
