Ive hardly ever posted in this guild if at all but im just curios. did anybody get a good pr and if so by how much?
mine was 18:24 5k and that was a 52 second pr for me xp

Actually me best pr is 20:53 for 5k. i beat it at my league finals! i got first! XD

i dunno what the 5k is, but i never get below 10 minutes for running the mile. i always have to stop periodically while running it.

My best 5k is 21:09. My best 2 mile time is 12:25. Last year during track my pr went from around 15:45 to 12:25. I didn't increase my two mile time during cross country. My 5k went up like 2 minutes I think.

My PR for a 5k is 22:10. But in Jr High i got 3 mins off my time in one race and kept the time off.
