Alrighty...here is where you talk about the TRUE Tempe Brennan. The series is based on Reich's books, and Reich's books are based on her true experiences. Talk about everything Reichs here.

I read the books because I was inspired to read them due to the TV show but I can't read them for too long because the first person thing is so confusing! I write in 2nd of 3rd person so, I dunno... Does anyone have the same problem?

I want to read the books, but they are always out at the library. I can't write in 2nd or 3rd person, it always sounds like a five year old wrote it xp . I prefer to write in 1st.

I write all my stories in 2nd and 3rd person because it's easier and I was watching an interview with this philospher and he said that writers need to connect to people in all area and walks of life and I totally agreed with him.

I have never read any of her books. They are never at the library. I always like to start with the first ones, so what was her first book?

I just got her latest book.

And I am very sorry to say...I hated it.

It was one of the worst books I have ever read.

I feel so bad saying that, as though books were the inspiration for one of the greatest shows of all-time.

It wasn't so much the book as much as the whole break up with Ryan thing and the friend who has leprosy thing.

BTW: I hated Ryan's character. He was such an a-hole. And they made Bones seem like a person who knows things about popular culture.

That was her sister.

Ryan wasn't that bad. In previous books, Kathy Reichs did the funniest introductions of him that I was fully ROFL!

I'm sorry for all you guys in America. I haven't had Bones on for 11 months now and there's no indication that it's going to be back on here in Australia. I've had to resourt to wait for the plot summary on the fox website to read to get my Bones fix.

I think you have to read "Monday Mourning" or "De Ja Dour" to get what they're talking about in "Bones to Ashes". MM was my fave book of the series. I hope Ryan and Tempe are going to be back together.
