For those who know what it is, you know that the time of month is slowly approaching. For those who don't, here's an explanation.
NaNoWriMo = National Novel Writing Month.
It's an insane time of year for writers who participate. It begins November 1st and you have until November 30th at midnight to write 50,000 words. There is no prize, but you do get a novel out of it.
October 1st, today, is when you can first sign up for an account at nanowrimo.org.
The forums there are really helpful, and you can word-war with other people. For WriMo'ers, 1667 is the magic number, the amount of words you need to write every day to get 50,000 done.
I'm doing it again this year. Is anyone else? =D
