Okay... here's the setting. One day, Rockman and Netto are exploring the net and find a mysterious artifact which they bring to Yuichiro to analyze. He then tells them of the Seraphim Project, an independent navi who could either save the world or destroy it depending on his will. My character will be Seraphim.EXE and here are his stats
Seraphim.EXE
Default Weapon: Seraphim Buster and Seraphim Blade
Get Ability program.
Special Attack: Angels Requiem
okay.... I need 3 OC's (an operator and navi for one person), Netto and Rockman, and Enzan and Blues. if OC, post their operators name and navi's stats going by my characters formula for stats. first come first served

Ooh...this looks interesting. I've posted a link to this topic in the "Characters Wanted" sticky, so people can know. Although...I guess they could just come here. >>;; Ah well.

Hmm, this sounds pretty cool... One question though, is this Seraphim guy aware that he holds this power?
Oh and I would like Netto/Rockman, onegai!
