Heavenly Rain by Amaya-chan

One day they were sitting on a bench inside a beautiful park. They both are wearing sweaters that fill them up with a warm and gentle feeling of security. This all happens on a nice, and rainy, warm spring day. The boy puts his arm around her, making her come closer to him. She feels his warm hand caressing her sweater. She lays her head on his shoulder. It starts to get dark. She sees a puddle by her feet. She bends down making her able to see her reflection. She sees a girl who is ugly, fat, and stupid. He starts to bend down and he sees something totally different. He sees a beautiful, smart girl who means the world to him. It starts to rain. They both flinch to the feeling of the cool sensation of the water droplets. The boy collects the small rain droplets in his soft tan colored hand. Each individual droplet is pure like the girls life, soft as her skin, and unique as the person inside of her. The droplets; once with their individual status, soon lose their identity when gently dropped into his hand. He plays with the small body of water until it all seeps through his fingers. He wipes the remainder of the water away onto his pants, and quickly looks at the girl realizing that, the girl was looking straight at him when he was playing with the rain. She begins to feel colder and wet and the boy notices so he begins to cuddle her. The girl stares right in front of her to soon see a little plant capturing every little droplet of water it can to survive. The girl tells the boy to look at it, and he starts to giggle, and thinks to himself, how sweet, and weird she is. She asks, "Why are you laughing?" He just says, "Because the plant reminds me of you." She thinks to herself for a little while, and is still very confused. She whines and pulls on his sweater, like a little child. He finally says, "The plant is growing just like you, and is searching for every water droplet it can to survive. But unlike the plant, you are searching for every compliment for it to survive," The boy quickly gets up, dodging her hit, because he knows she hates it when, he says that she is always looking for compliments. He starts running away, and she starts to chase him in the rain. He makes a sudden turn, making the girl stop. She looks for him but can't seem to find him. He is hiding behind a tree which is surrounded by bushes of all sorts of shapes and colors. He soon starts to creep up behind her. Meanwhile she is still lost, and confused to where he has gone. She soon feels a quick, sharp feeling go up her back. It's his arms around her, soon picking her up, and holding her tightly. Her hair moves with the wind, back and forth, across her face. He puts her down safely, and looks into her eyes. He sees her eyes twinkle in the rain, and he moves her wet hair with one hand, and places his other hand on her face; kissing her head. She hugs him tightly, and they both are standing there like statues in the rain. He lets go of his tight grip that makes her feel secure, and special; she soon lets go too. They look into each others eyes, and see the future. They know that they will be together. It starts to get sunny. He soon picks her up, and sets her down on the bench. He sits next to her and tells her to get up, and to sit in his lap. But she refuses the first few times, until he starts to say, "Please sit" in his sweet, and cute voice. She can't help it but blush, and do what he says. She sits on his lap, and hugs him tightly. He feels her warm, now soaked sweater, press against his chest. Her head leans on his chest, as she begins to slowly take a nap. Although she isn't taking a nap, she looks like she is. He thinks to himself, and says, "She is so peaceful when she sleeps; she looks like an angel." He moves his hand across the back of her neck, making her feel all ticklish inside. She looks at her watch; it's almost 6:00. She is not allowed to date, and therefore has to be home before 6:00. She quickly gets up, and gives him a kiss goodbye. She starts walking home, he looks at her hoping that she won't get into trouble or her family doesn't find out about them. It starts to get darker and darker, as she walks farther and farther away from him. He stands there alone, looking at her. It starts to rain again. She stops, and turns around, to only find him looking straight at her. She runs back to him, giving him a hug. She can't let go, but it's too late for her to stay any longer. He tells her to let go, and that he doesn't want her to get into trouble, so she has to leave. She realizes that the reality is that her family has no clue that she has a boyfriend, and if they ever find out they will get furious. She starts to slowly walk back home again, hearing him say, "I love you and always will." The girl blushes, and he knows it, even though her back is now facing him. She starts to walk faster so she won't get caught. The boy begins to follow her, but only after she is far away enough, that she can't see him anymore. He does this whenever she has to walk home alone, just so he knows that she is safe. Ten minutes go by, and the girl is finally home, with memories about him. He sees that the girl has arrived home safely, and is now happy and thinks about her as he walks home in the wet and refreshing rain. This all happened on a nice, rainy, warm day.
