Some other comments:
The leg stance is unnatural, along with the placing of the arms. The nose doesn't look fitting. Take better care when erasing the guidelines; I can still see them, and it lowers the quality of the drawing.

Once again, take better care in drawing the legs. The placing of the legs like that makes the character look 2-D instead of 3-D. Where did her right hand go?

Her arms looks a little too buff. Although you could've drawn it like that on purpose, I believe you wanted her to be femenine (hence the arm placement). She isn't standing straight either.

Once again, take better care in drawing the legs, and more specifically, the placement of the legs. It's tiring to stand like that, as well as unnatural. The arms look flimsy, and take better care when drawing the hands wrapped around the staff. Be aware that the hand consists more then a piece of meat with fingers attached to it.

I'm guessing it was based off a screenshot. Even still, it would be more natural if her legs were bent more, and faced the viewer. Her breasts look unnatural.
My suggestions for you...
- Learn to draw real people. Trust me, this helps everybody. Once you learn to draw the real thing, you can easily deform it to the "anime style."
- Learn to draw hands. Yes, we all have a weakness when it comes to drawing hands, but like the eyes, hands show expression. Even if you can draw gorgeous anime eyes, the magic is easily killed if the viewer sees a pair of poorly drawn hands. Also, do not hide those hands behind the character's legs and arms! The more you practice drawing the hands, the better you'll be.
