I have created this post to help people with there problems or at least talk to them because of a pain. I also did this because Aurora has touched my heart and healed it.

ya it happens...but then again im trying to deal with it...(going to bed early and waking up at like 2...) doesnt seam to be working though

Changing eating habits might help too. Especially no caffine drinks before bed. If you don't have a bed routine. Perhaps you need to develop one. I have conquor Insomia. Routine helped me conqueor Insomia. Everybody is different. There are several things to try. Good luck. I'm here for you. If you need any advice. And i conquored it without drugs too. 3nodding

problem isnt so much eating habits...its more that i had a sleep pattern and i started staying up maybe an hour later then i normally did...which wasnt too uncommon either...so i really dont think it was that...
i used to go to bed with noise though...maybe if i put my mps on at night i will be able to fall asleep faster... and then i have the problem of waking up... it was about 4:30 when i woke up this morning...which is really sad because thats an improvement...im figuring it out slowly but surely...

Yeah, you will. Insomia occurs for many reasons. Change of sleep patterns. Stress. . .we all deal with stress. Although some of us deal with different amounts a day. Ummm worrying. Eatings habits. . .and the list goes on. 3nodding You'll conqueror it. I hope you do.

Lavender is a wonderful scent for sleeping. I used that to help me sleep. Especially Lavender bathing oils. Gosh, after soaking in a warm bath of Lavender it's amazing. I normally go to sleep immediantly. It's a magical spell or me. Although I'll take a note of all those Kira. In case I encounter insomia again. Thanx. 3nodding
