Alright, you know most of the NPCs... like Ian and Moria and all of them... Well, they'll have to battle, as well...
Which classes do you think they would be?
There are only two I think I would like to see:
Ian as a Druid, with Rufus as his animal companion. C'mon. Ian would look incredible fighting with a staff, summoning vines to keep creatures in thier place!
Old Man Logan as an Engineer. He converts his boat into an airship, complete with cannons.

That sounds great. What about like dark mage with a whip for Moira??
And a Holy Paladin for Edmund complete with a bright white glowing sword and Holy Magic!!

It would. You're walking around and you see few Goblins.
You start attacking them then Edmund bust out of the trees and like cast a huge Holy (FFX Style) spell and kill all the monsters.
Hey maybe there should be item that summon a NPC to fight with you, l
ike in Naruto Ultimate Ninja, when your partner comes and attacks!!

I thought of Edmund as a Brawler (lookit his hand-gloves! BAM!) xd But that totally works...
Gambino is TOTALLY a 'Gunner', with twin Uzis. That, or a Berserker. eek

King Riverbreeze I thought of Edmund as a Brawler (lookit his hand-gloves! BAM!) xd But that totally works... Gambino is TOTALLY a 'Gunner', with twin Uzis. That, or a Berserker. eek Yah, Gambino would OWN as a Berserker or anything with an axe, giant mace, or super huge sword.
Pretty much anything that would use his brute strength.

Peyo would be a Thief, totally... with a Slingshot! He would always be seen with Rina, who would be a Cleric or White Mage... maybe an Archer.
Leon the Guild-guy is definately a Knight... or he could surprise us all, being a Hexblade or a Spellsword or something. xd

Gino Gambino probably isn't the fighting type (pompous lil' p***k)... he'll probably be a "Noble" or something.

They don't necassarily HAVE to battle, you know.
That's why they're making new Battle System NPC's.

Not to mention, it would be pretty silly of the Battle System operators to not give players the chance to beat the snot out of thier least favored NPC.

So where do you guys derive you NPC classes? Are you think Final fantasy? When I thinbk of classes Dungeons & Dragons comes to mind for me. Besides I think the battle system should even go so far as to make it an adventure game to. With quests and dungeons.
