Hello, eveyone.
As you all know, along with the Gaian Battle System there will be new hand items released with it: Weapons. Of many shapes and sizes. Now, we all know there will be the basics of swords, spears, axes, ect. What I would like to know is:
What are you looking for in the weapons?
What do you think Lanzer and Co. will make for designs?
Various interesting weapons beyond the norm... Give us your rendition?
What your dream weapon for the Battle System would be!
So come on in fellow Battle System fanatics! Let's all give our share about the eventual Gaia Weapons to this discussion.

Soulstrike blade. If an enemy has enough health that an attack from the sword would kill them, you have a small chance of aquiring one of their skills.

No certain idea, but I'd like to see some form of Katar (I think thats the name)
I'm hoping the devs actually include DI's instead of being morons. If they don't, there'll be complaints gonk

I like being as far away as I can while dealing a nice amount of damage, plus a bunch of fun skills... so I'm happy with polearms of some kind. Like spears and such.
As for the most unused weapons... clubs. You know it, I know it. Clubs are seemingly weilded only in the hands of monsters. sweatdrop As for interesting weapons... I've no doubt there will be 'improvised' weaponry... such as Cards, Umbrellas, Bottles, and other mundane items.
My dream weapon? Kain's Lance, from Final Fantasy.

I too am a huge polearm fan, more on the side of a lance than a spear.
I would love to have Siegmund, Ephraim's Best Lance from FE:The Sacred Stones! I would love the Paladin rank to have polearms!!

They use most physical, melee attacks.
They one rank, Priest the only magically Banga rank, suffers if you don't exclusively train them as that rank. mrgreen
