The woods around the tower are thick. The sun glimmers through leaves like stained glass, tinting them pale green or gold or bright flame-red...

The trees are varied. Some are tall and graceful, some seem to bend gracefully as if to drip pastel or brightly colored flower-filled branches down on the observer... others seem to lean down to offer you branches heavy with fruits of reds, pinks, yellows, blues and purples in profusion, their leaves varied in color, size and shape.

Others are tall, like lacy fans pointing up to the sky... Hardwoods, thick of trunk, pines, tall and gracefully pointing up at the sky.

Blue-greens, deep greens, pale greens, whites, yellows and ranges from rust, to flame-red ruby are the colors of the leaves in these deep woodlands, that smell... alive. Refreshing. Cedar, sandalwood, the scents of woods that may be turned into incense...

These woods also hide streams and clearings where the sky shows a clear summer blue with white fluffy clouds over fields full of soft, many- petaled flowers in all colors of the rainbow, sweet or tart or flavorful healing herbs and thick grasses.

Beautiful.

...but behind this beauty, hidden within it rather, are menaces and dangers as well.

Maneating trees, thorny brambles and bushes, poisoned fruits, poisonous insects.. anthro and man eating creatures...

You will never know what you find until you actually enter this realm.

The chitter of angry, territoral squrrils grew louder the closer Akemi came to their important place. Thirty of the nasty tempered little buggers appeard on surrouding branches and yelled at her in thier own way. They tossed green pine cones at her, pelting to make their point known, Most were grey, but the albino ones were there as well.

Well, this is fun, what will she do?

1: Get the heck out of there, getting hit by the many pine cones

2: Get hit by the cones; however, she stays not to be chased off by something greatly smaller then herself and tries to chase them off.

3: Fight back, with the same weapon hitting her

4: Manage to avoid getting hit

The squirrels stopped a moment, they had not expected her to stay around. This was their place and they wouldn't stand for it. Some of them ran down the tree and chittered at her angerly before darting back up the tree and continue their assult.


Birds cried out as they flew by, none of them were bothered by the squirrels nor did they try to bother Akemi. They were not the only things in the woods, and the others were watching, some with less then innoncent intentiations.


It doesn't look like the spuirrels are gonna stop, what are you going to do?

1: Bother with them, forceing them to scatter

2: Become aware that other things are there and they could be a bigger problem

3: Make a statement by grabbing one of the birds flying by and killing it.

4: Peg a squirrel or more with the pine cones they were using on her.

All at once, the squirrels stopped, the noise stopped, and everything froze. Something seemed to accure to every squirrel at the exact same time, and al lby one of them vanished in an instant. The one that didn't, a small albino girl, threw one more pine cone before vanishing herself.


The birds cleared out, telling of what happened and sending out the call for help. The first to come to the call was the 'Prince of the Woods' as they regarded it. He had a young son to care for and would not stand for hunters in his home. Rearing much like an angry horse, he lowered is many pronged extremely sharp antlers. Snorting, he was ready to fight her off if need be.

Now what?

1: Throw a pine cone at it because it would be amusing.

2: Attack, going for the antlers and getting very mildly impailed while doing damage to the creature.

3: attack only to have him dodge.

4: decide if its even worth it or not.

The buck was lucky in one respect, his skull was strong, built to withstand head butting other deer. In another, they weighted almost 20 pounds in all, it was heavy enough without this heavy female on them as well.

Yelling his outrage, the regal beast was ready to send her packing, hurt enough to hopefully never want to come back again.

A Peacock strutted passed them, not paying attention to them as it went completely passed and out of harms way.

The buck had stopped fighting long enought watch the peacock, thats when Akemi's efforts paid off and one of his antlers cracked. Throwing his big head around and rearing he tried to hurt her before she majorly hurt him

What happens in this tussel?

1: Akemi is thrown from the buck antlers

2: She manages to compeletly break one off and now has another weapon

3: She gets pawed by sharp hooves as the buck drops his head and kicks her that way. Not much force can be given but getting kicked in some places is bad enough without a lot of force.

4: Akemi feels a bit sick from the buck's action and punches it in the muzzle.

The buck shook its head wildly a moment, having the antler pulled off didn't hurt it so much as now it had to get used to having so much weight on only one side of his head. He stagered a moment like he was drunk.

This impared him greaty; however, he wasn't called the prince for nothing and he would try again. Charging at her, the side of this head still with antlers was to the side and going right for her.

What happens?

1: Akemi is able to impail the buck in his side. No damage is done to her.

2: Akemi gets impailed again, but she can return the favor

3: The deer manages to escape his antler used against him and kick Akemi hard

4: He locks his antler with the one Akemi is useing, and uses his strenght to try to knock her over and back.

The buck honestly didn't want to hurt her, he wanted her gone before she could harm his woods and family. He snorted and tossed hs head, trying to be intemidating but looking raither odd because his head was titled by the weight of just one antler.

*complete free choice, the only thing that cannot be done is directly killing the buck.

The buck leaps in the air with a sound of great pain. He couldn't fight her, he was too badly hurt. So, whats the next best thing? He gave a warning call and got the heck out of there. There were others who did not agree with running.

One was a beaver with a homocidal twist, he chew on a tree fast enoug to cause it to fall.

What happens?

1: Akemi is unable to get completely out of the way.

2: She gets out of the way and has the sense to move on
