I think Falco is the best because his moves actually have power instead of making combos...
...for example, Fox's dair "blends" the opponent while Falco's dair forces the opponent to fall.

Hot_ArmS how are you suppose to use falco in team battle? actually falco works fairly well in team battles, I'm not the best at describing strategies though... I agree falco's pretty great, I still prefer samus and pichu, but he's easily my number three...

I love Falco. More than Mewtwo, though I'm using Mewtwo a lot right now. I hope they both get in Brawl.

Well in teams Falco works better than Fox because you can actually use Falco's lazer to help your team mate recover.
But as for single player matches its hard to pick, Fox's combos are crazy but Falco has SHL and pillars...

ahh Pillaring, thats what makes Falco, that and his SHL lol against another falco or fox you can even double shine pillar at certain % thats wicked sweet looking lol ninja

SHL is the backbone of Falco. Shine and SHL are what makes him great. He can pull off some pretty nice combos too.

All you need to do is watch Bombsoldiers "Soldier of Fortune" combo vid to see the power behind Falco.
But I can't say for sure if he's THE best. I think its fine having Falco and Fox as the Top Tiers of the game.

Falco is my best character, though I don't use him too often. Try to be good with all characters. It broadens and enhances your skills.
