Jutsu: Nemia doesn't have very many jutsu but the one she will use is called the 'spider comb jutsu'. A jutsu that had been banned from her village a long time ago, but she practiced, and mastered, it anyway. It is a powerful jutsu that leaves a spiral mark upon the host she plants it to. The spiral is similar to
this one but starts on the face and branches off all over the body. When the jutsu is dormant it drains the user of chakra, though very very little at a time. When it is activated, however, it allows Nemia to control the spirals host and also take what little chakra it has absorbed. Similar to a black window feeding upon its mate. The mark is more, or less, permanent until Nemia takes it off.
Background: A Chuunin almost straight out the academy, Nemia was a natural born ninja from the wave village. She mastered in weaponry and hand-to-hand combat, but when it comes to illusions, she fails. She likes to fight with small to no weapons which often times gives her a disadvantage, but she finds a way. She's lived with her father for her whole life and when she got old enough he sent her away to do personal training. For the time being, she's traveling from village to village, trying to prove herself, as well as gain a little something else. She travels with another wave ninja named Corro and though she finds him to be a complete idiot, she still admires him for his skills.
