Hey Disney fans, I'm sure you've already heard but Disney is coming out with the next Princess movie, Rapunzel Unbraided. It's still in the making and the ad says it won't be here till 2009! (I know I can't wait) Do u think it'll do well?

Well, for one thing, it will be 3D, and for another thing, they dropped the "Unbraided" from the title; it's just Rapunzel now. smile
I'm cautiously optimistic. The whole concept and storyline have been reworked to make the story less "Shrekified" and they are making it a priority to make the film as beautiful and fluid as the old 2D style. The directors were actually given the option to halt production on the 3D version and do it in 2D instead, but they chose to go ahead with the developments they'd been working on.
So even though I still prefer 2D, I'm glad that Disney is trying to make 3D artistically viable in its own right.
They are indeed bringing back 2D, but with 'The Frog Princess,' not Rapunzel. wink
