Yep 3nodding Definately Kisame = Seme + Itachi =Uke
He's like, the older, bigger, more protective and stuff kinda guy. And Itachi is like the pretty, frail and other girly stuff kinda guy XD
That's how I usually see it, but both is perfectly fine for me!! For any yaoi pairing that is 3nodding

I prefer Kisame being the seme. For some reason I can't see Itachi taking the initiavtive and whatnot. Though I do think Kisame is Itachi's b***h. He does whatever he says its funny in a sense.

I can't really decide who would be Seme. I mean, I can't see Itachi being on top, but I can't see things going very far without Itachi coaxing Kisame into it. I mean, it's not like the man doesn't want to, its that he doesn't want to hurt poor little Itachi. -wink wink-
