Background Info: Ryoko was born of a full zoanthrope father and a fully human mother and is the youngest of three children. At the age of 5, her father mysteriously disappeared and she has been saddened ever since, frantically searching for any leads. Sadly, she has almost no good relationship with her mother, which often leads Ryoko into disobeying her. She goes to an all zoanthrope high school and usually cuts class a lot to go do business of her own. Ryoko is highly athletic and participates in tons of activies. She is also in a martial arts street gang with several of her MALE friends.

Character's position/job: High school student, "minor" street punk

Strenghts/Skills: Speed is definitely her best asset when it comes to a fight. She's pretty fast on her feet due to a little knowledge of both Kickboxing and Tae Kwon Do. Outside of battle, she's a very amiable person, that is, unless, she just really happens to dislike someone.

Weakness/Bad habits: Besides having a terrible defence in battle, Ryoko also has a really bad temper. If someone says something stupid to her, usually something she doesn't like/want to hear, she easily flips off. Another weakness of hers would have to be her flirtatious attitude towards guys who she believes are attractive.

Distinctive features, if any: Ryoko has two earrings on the top of her left ear, one on the top of her right, thorn-like tribal tattoos around both her wrists, and a tattoo of a bloody rose on the right side of her navel. She also has a genetic problem that is common on her father's side of the family which exposes her animal form tail while in human form.

Connection to canon characters (if any): Somehow, she's managed to befriend Reiji after an incident involving a rival gang.

How does your character get on with those around him/her?: She's usually friendly but some people who don't know her too well try to stay clear of her because of her short temper. She tries to have a good time with people, getting in a few good laughs while she can.

Pet(s), if any: Fenrir (Feng) - Dog/Wolf mix

Zoanthrope features, if any: A real downside to her extremely short fuse, and ironically another genetic problem passed on from her father's side of the zoanthrope family. When she gets angry enough, usually in a battle, Ryoko can beastorize in a rage into a sort of "half-beast" form. The differences in this form from human form are: canines are enlongated, ears are pointed and erect, claws are present, tail is present (obviously), hair is longer and more "fur-like", backs of hands bear "fur", feet are wolf-like, running is mostly done on all fours, eyes are blood red.

Background: Kirsten lived a rather normal life, with loving parents and no siblings. Despite this, she never really was accepted by others for who she was because she never really let anyone know her true feelings. She went from friend to friend for some years. She now is studying for a nursing degree at the same university Alice attends.

Personality: Very quiet and soft-spoken on the outside, Kirsten has tried to convince herself for a long time that she really is happy with her life, but in the back of her mind, she wants something interesting to happen to her. She thinks nothing of being a zoanthrope and only fights when pushed into it. Very open-minded, average self-esteem. She is trying to change herself to be more open with people she knows.

She fights mostly with palm attacks in no particular style, seeing as she never studied a martial art. In heron form, she prefers attacking with her beak and talons, but will revert to divebombing her opponent if worse comes to worse.

Ethnicity: Legally classified as "American", came from German and Japanese labs.
Brief background of character: Krieg was born a dog, and later picked up with the rest of his litter by the German scientist Alice Moss. Moss, a head scientist of the GutenTAG Corporation (a daughter company to Tylon), heard about Hajime Busuzima’s experiment that caused a human to be mutated into a freakish zoanthrope. Not to be outdone, she and her team devised a method to turn an animal into a zoanthrope, and, using the same basic formula as Busuzima’s, injected him. However, it only worked halfway and left Krieg as a freakish, half-dog monster.

Moss, fearing for her reputation, turned Krieg over to Busuzima to do with as he wished. The scientist made the most out of his new acquisition and devised a way to complete Krieg’s transformation, perhaps taking some stress out on him due to the fact that Moss basically stole his formula, as well. However, it left Krieg crippled and seemingly mentally retarded. Useless as any type of weapon, Busuzima ordered Krieg to be destroyed after outliving his usefulness for experimentation. One of Busuzima’s assistants, however, had grown very close to Krieg and snuck him out of the lab, sending him overseas to live with her older sister in America. The woman formed a strong bond with Krieg and discovered that he wasn’t retarded, as was first believed- his canine brain had difficulty coping with his human form, and needed time to readjust. After five years and an intense amount of developmental therapy, Krieg was suitably up to speed with the rest of his age group and even showed signs of being a very bright young man, if not very quiet. He has a soft spot for musical theatre, but seeing as his legs will never permit him to dance, he does straight plays instead.

Though Krieg is more or less normal, he still displays strong canine personality quirks, and because of his less than ideal childhood, he craves affection and affirmation in nearly everything he does. Though he’s a 25 year-old, he still sleeps with the stuffed animals he got when he first began to live on the “outside” and routinely cuddles with them when upset. Due to his constant craving of companionship, his favorite kinds are the ones that talk and say they love him.

Character's position or job: Krieg is a college student who works at the university’s book shop.
Strengths/Skills: Krieg’s unwavering loyalty is his biggest asset- as soon as he trusts a person, it’s nearly impossible to lose his faith in them, and he’s willing to do anything for them. He’s also rather bright, and enjoys reading when not in class or rehearsing. His closest bond is with his “mother”, Laika. He also has heightened senses of hearing and smell.
Are these skills typical of the fandom? If not, why?: I don’t see it being unique, since general consensus is that most zoanthropes have heightened senses.
Weaknesses/Bad habits: Despite his bookish intelligence, Krieg generally leaps before looking, especially if anyone close to him is in peril. He is also incapable of fully beastorizing- doing such would tear his body apart. He has a hard time controlling the animal inside of him, and openly snarls when extremely angry, causing people who don’t know him that well to regard him as a “weirdo”. Krieg has OCD as well, and is obsessed with the concept of balance. Anything he does is motivated by his strong desire for praise.

Krieg also suffers from a very bad self-image, due to a variety of things: his upbringing has certainly weighed heavily on his development, and he suffers from self-image issues due to the large amounts of scarring on his body. He also suffers from a lot of sexual anxiety, since sometime along the operations to complete his transformation, his genitals were partially mutilated. He views it as embarrassing and repulsive, and as such fears any sort of sexual contact for fear of rejection and admonishment.

Krieg is also very overprotective and possessive. Though it has worked for him at times, it’s normally regarded as a nuisance, especially when his “mother” tries to bring any man home (she’s been single for most of her life). He’s also rather gullible and easily misled. His friends criticize him about being so careful in other people’s matters, but never exhibiting any caution for himself.
Distinctive features, if any: Krieg’s ears are large and triangular-shaped. He also has an extensive amount of scar tissue on his body.
Are these features unique in the fandom? If so, why?: Yes. Since his ears are in direct correlation to his canine past, they’re very distinctive, though most people shrug them off because he explains them as being a birth defect.
Connections to canon characters (if any): Krieg was created in part by Busuzima. Though Krieg has no pressing desire for revenge, he has vowed that, should fate ever cause their paths to cross again, he will kill him.

I’m also considering him striking up a friendship with Uriko, due to their similar pasts and his fascination with how she manages to live a normal life and has so many people that love her, despite what happened. If I follow this vein, he’ll almost certainly develop a kind of hero-worship for Long, though I’m very wary of this idea.
How does your character get on with those around him/her?: Krieg tries very hard to be amicable, and at the first impression, he strikes most people as a good guy with maybe a couple of issues. Despite the crap that’s churning around in his thoughts, he suppresses it for the sake of projecting a calm and friendly image (once again, to gain the affirmation of his peers).

BIG a** POST!!! I finally found out that guy's name, and some of the old stuff I had found written on him. But it was boring, and I just finished a mystery book, so I made his history a little more...contriversal, so much that even I was shocked at what I had written. Yeah, just read:

Brief Background of Character:

Life for Nikol was very normal until he turned four. That was when his mother left with him and started a business to fund her cocaine addiction, with the young boy as the main attraction. Of course, most children don't "star" in magazines called, "Innocent Fetish."

After a few years of this business this led to Nikol being quite popular with some subscribers. His mother, seeing this as a quick buck she could squander on her ever rising addiction, started to sell the eight year old out to the highest bidder for the night. Sometimes, the winner simply wanted to spend time with the angel the discovered among the centerfolds. Other times...not.

It was during one of these latter encounters that Nikol lost the eyesight in his left eye. A disatisfied customer decided that the quickest way to get the results he wanted was to thrust his cigarette into the child's eye when the boy wouldn't cooperate. After a few weeks in the hospital, and his looks being no different than the pale color his left eye had now adopted, his mother sent him back to work so she could stay in her drugs.

The night that Nikol discovered he was a zonathrope, his mother decided that it was time to up the anty. Now that he was getting older, the targeted crowd wasn't "loving" him anymore, leaving her to face the mounting pain of an addiction well gone dry. So she created a new type of exoctic erotica, "Special just for Nikol", she often cooed when he curled up to sleep, sometimes alone. This involved the young pre-teen granting the wish of a new type of customer, the type that loved animals too much.

Luckily, Nikol didn't have to go through this "special act" more than once, since the moment his mother got the money she bought her usual stuff and automatically went to work fufilling her need. Thus, she led herself to an early OD grave, leaving behind the small boy.

After that, Nikol found himself alone on the streets of New York with the wrong type of friends. But since he had no other way, he had to do what he knew best, even if he wished he didn't know all the necessary "skills". This led to him being almost twenty with a distrust of both sexes, and a dark outlook on most of the world, and he has tried to commit suicide more than once, except that he wants to do something with his life, even though he feels like most of it is over.

That's why he is currently attending college, in hopes of erasing the dark blemishes from his past.

Character's Position/Job: Male Prostitue/College Student: Dance/French

Strengths/Skills: Nikol is very quite, as is his beast form, and because of it is very fluid while dancing and performing. He made French his major since it is the language of love, and he feels like he must understand something of the emotion before he can truely give himself into the feeling that everyone describes on his campus.

Weaknesses/Bad Habits: Despite the fact that he is trying to get on with his life and try and forget his past, Nikol constantly drags his emotional baggage behind him. He is afraid of being touched, which has created a "fangirl" base that every girl wants him to reveal his feelings to, and does not actualyl trust any of the very shaky friends he actually has, though he isn't one to argue going to bars and getting drunk.

Also, Nikol has the bad habit of constantly biting his lower lip, even if it starts to bleed. He has had to get stiches numerous times because he bites through when he gets very nervous or stressed, which is often around every big test or competition.

Distinctive features, if any: Nikol has an oblong diamond under his right eye that was tattooed onto his face when he got drunk one night with a ton of people after winning a dance competition. He also has many piercings in each ear, from when he was younger, but none on his face because of his mother's constant reminders when she was young of how "pretty" his face was when it wasn't covered up.

Connections to canon characters: None. He might have spotted ShenLong, since the tiger zonathroe seems like the type to hang around in clubs and drink, like Nikol.

How does your character get on with those around him/her?: When people meet Nikol for the first time, they just think he's a normal, emo kid that has a few miniscule problems. Often, after stricking up a conversation with the young man, they find out that there is a complex brain behind the dull facade and often want to get to know him better, though Nikol will never let them closer than "friend".

Background- Born Ling Shui mountain, China. Zane was the sone of an english Diplomat and a Chinese Noblewoman. He enjoyed a great degree of freedom as a child and spent much of his time playing pranks. One day a prank backfired and he got bit by a monkey, And fell ill. To help his recovery, and to chide him for his behaviour, his parents got him interested in monkey fist style kung fu.

Background: A zoanthrope created by Tylon, Jupiter bares a strong resemblance to the legendary mercenary, Alan Gado. In his zoanthrope form, Jupiter's head and face does not change when he transforms but his body rapidly does. He has the body of a lion, the tail of a scorpion, and the wings of a dragon. Jupiter is said to be the king of all zoanthropes, due to his imressive speed and strength given to him through genetic engineering. However, he has ceased to meet the experience level as Tylon's former creation Uranus because of mistakes he has made during his training. He gets frustrated at his instructors when he doesn't do exactly what they want him to do. For example, Jupiter takes pride in his abilities so much that he is blinded by his overconfidence. And unlike Uranus, he does not care what his meaning of existance is, his only goal to achieve is to become the strongest zoanthrope that ever existed. The truth behind his and Uranus's creation was to make a group of zoanthropes so strong and loyal that Tylon industries would become unstoppable in every aspect imaginable. With two powerful beasts such as them by their side, Tylon felt that they could control the whole world if they had more creatures such as these two. However, Jupiter and Uranus hardly get along with each other due to Jupiter's obnoxious behavior which she has a hard time tolerating and Uranus's complex attitude which he has trouble understanding.
Character's position or job: Tylon's newest project
Strengths/Skills: Is really good at intimidating his opponent, with his tall structure and looks. And when he actually focuses his mind on to a battle he is able to exploit his opponent's weakness by attacking in that same area over and over.
Weaknesses/Bad Habits: Doesn't think for himself unless he is pushed over the edge, and of course his overconfidence can blind him if he thinks hes going to win fight when the odds are in his favor. One particular weakness of his is that he thinks size and power guarantees a victory more than it does for experience.
Distinctive features, if any: As said before, he bares a strong resemblance to Gado but has long red/brown instead. His dull gray eyes are the defining feature of his face.
Connections to canon characters (if any): Uranus could be considered to be his big sister, since they both were created by Tylon. He hates the fact that she was created before him simply because hes much bigger than her.
How does your character get on with those around him/her?: When he is released out into the public to perform tasks and missions, he has to keep a low profile so that people don't recognize him. As of that, he has to learn how to control his temper if someone does something to anger him. Though virtually, hardly no one knows of his existance yet.
