Asteraz, the city closest to the tower, full of people that the tower could not take in because of size issues. Asteraz was a very wealthy city, but also very large. It is closest to the tower, but many people that might have been able to afford to live in the tower were refused because of size issues. Though there is a small amount of resentment, this is the most normal town you'll find in the Junkyard. Few amps ever come here because the risk of capture or death isn't worth seeing the place.
