The Earth Elemental Dojo
Welcome to the Dojo of Guildmaster Lanthanos, who teaches the earth element. While here, I'd just like you to follow a few basic guidelines.
1.) Please pm me to arrange an appointment for a lesson. If you don't give me a pm asking for a lesson, I am going to ignore you. You have been warned.
2.) I have divided the earth element into four categories (Mineral, Plant, Animal, and Universal). I will allow you to study the first three, but only dedicated students will be allowed to study Universal.
3.) You won't need to learn everything in order to graduate as a Kage from my dojo, but I have designed it so it will be impossible for you to graduate without skill in at least two areas.
4.) Remember that I am the Guild Captain, and I have numerous other duties, and so I may not always be available for a lesson. However, when I have free time, I will be more than happy to teach you.
5.) I don't ask for much in way of RP skill. If you can use capital letters, punctuation, and make sure your posts are at least three sentences long, I won't have any problems.

Earth Jutsu List:
Basic Manipulation is learning how to manipulate stones and soil so as to shape it to your will.
Stoneskin Changes the outside layer of skin into a layer of hard stone armor to ward off attacks.
Advanced Manipulation is learning how to manipulate metals of most kinds. (Exceptions are Gold, Silver, and Mercury.)
Expert Manipulation is learning how to change one form or earth into another. (Mud to Stone, etc.) Also, crystal manipulation is included in this bracket.
Tremorsense Allows you to sense anything in contact with the ground in the immediate area.
Arms of Earth Calls up pillars of stone from beneath the opponent which do as you will them to.
Stone Meld Allows one to meld into the ground and reappear in another place from the ground.
Entangle Vines sprout from your fingertips and constrict around a target.
Antipoison Neutralize poisons that are within your system.
Tree Meld Allows one to meld into trees and reappear from another nearby tree.
Synthesis Absorb water and light to heal yourself.[/col
Call of the Wild Morph yourself into something resembling a were-animal. Grants you some bestial aspects while still partially preserving human form.
Secret Technique: Mass Crusher Bulk up a foe with earth, increasing their mass, and then hit them with a concentrated gravity increase to crush them.
Summoning: Golem Summons a mighty creature of earth components to fight for you. (Energy means how much energy you need to summon that golem.)

The Dojo
Chamber of Plants: As you step into the dojo, it more like you are deep in a forest rather than in a building. Light filters through the branches above your head, and you can smell aromatic flowers. This is the Chamber of Plants, a place where the life of the earth takes root.
Chamber of Minerals: To the north of the Chamber of Plants is an area of great contrasting value. Gentle sloping sand lies underfoot, gradually getting more rocky, until it reaches mountainous slopes. This is the Chamber of Minerals, a reminder to us all about what the earth is underneath it's life.
Chamber of Animals: To the west of the Chamber of Plants lies a room with sparsely planted trees and tall grass growing. This room's purpose becomes clear as the Chamber of Animals, a place where studying and calling upon nature's creatuers will be your focus.
Garden: To the east of the Chamber of Plants lies a greenhouse area, within which is stored some very specific herbs and plants that Lanthanos has found useful time and time again. It is here that he brings Plant students to learn herblore, and use it to their utmost advantage.
The Universal Room: A great tree in the center of the Chamber of Plants leads up to the second floor of the Dojo. The door refuses to be opened by any but a true master of earth. Beyond this door lies the strangest of rooms. Powered by strange black-green crystals, it gives the apperance that all the cosmos were contained within it. Within this room, Lanthanos has slowly been breaking down the deepest secrets of the earth for his own studies. Perhaps an extremely dedicated student might convince him to teach them something new here.

Sitting within a tree in the Chamber of Forests, Lanthanos surveyed everything that happened in his dojo. Nothing could get past him here, it was his own world away from the world, where he was God. A new beginning, a fresh start, and now he would be so much better a teacher. Leaning back in the branches he gave a sigh of relief and waited.

Solase Walked into the newest dojo even thought it was more like just walking into a forest and continued through it till he came up to the Mountain and climed it up to about half way up and sat quietly on a rock meditating while he waited for Geo to continue his teachings.

As kazi entered the new Earth Dojo he was amazed at the beauty of it. There were trees, grass, rocks, and animals! Kazi looked for Geo-sensei, and being unable to find him walked towards the trees to climb up and relax in.

Geo's booming voice penetrated through the wooded area of the dojo at Kazi. It contrasted against the terrain, for it gave the impression of tumbling rocks down a cliff face, rough and granular.
"Kazi... stay where you are."
Geo melted his own body into the tree behind him, and resurfaced from a tree nearby Kazi. A sly grin was on the Sensei's face as he stared Kazi up and down. "Have we formally met yet?"

"Yes we have sensei....I was a young eager student, and I am still a young eager student. But I can know do basic Earth Manipulation. And I am able to do it on a smaller level then you taught it to me....I can generate heat, rocky ice, and levitate....all taught to myself, by myself!" Kazi stated proudly, trying not to show that Geo-sensei had scared him stiff

Geo shuddered at the thought of levitating rocks with basic manipulation. It was easy enough, to be sure, but it gave him just too unnatural a feeling. The other techniques sounded like fusing other elements with earth, something outside of his expertise, but not outside his knowledge field.
"Very good. If you will follow me to the Chamber of Minerals we can continue off of that base then. You shouldn't have trouble keeping up."
Geo swung down to the ground, and made a dash for the Chamber of Minerals. He wasn't that fast, and a basic student certainly shouldn't have trouble keeping up with him.

"Yay!!!" Kazi said happily racing next to Geo-sensei towards the mineral room. "Sensei, are we going to have fun with training today?" Kazi asked happily

Finally stepping into the training room, Geo gave his pupil a quizzical look. Training... fun? Too much zeal would get you in trouble with Geo, since earth was supposed to be calm, and relatively unmoving. But youthful energy did make it easier to train the students, since they always came back for more.
"Well, fun... that all depends on how dirty you get. Since you already know the basics of manipulation, I'll get you started with a simple attack technique. It's like throwing a rock, but so much more. First, you grasp a rock firmly." Geo leaned over, and picked a stone up from the sandy floor beneath them.
"Then you will end up using manipulation, along with the throwing motion of your arm and release the stone. It gives an illusion of being a simple technique, but with proper timing in your manipulation, you will get far greater levels of speed and distance with this. Just watch."
Winding up, as if for a pitch in baseball, Geo threw the stone at the mountainous rocks, some 50 feet away. The stone flew at an almost impercievable speed, and struck the wall so hard that it broke into many smaller pieces. Turning to Kazi, he smiled while tipping his head to the side.
"It's your turn. Show me that throwing arm."

"Okay!" kazi said picking up a stone, and moving into a good form, and then released his stone, only to have it fall 25 ft away. "Ummm....sensei....what did I do wrong?"
