I think its fine, her name does mean boar after all and she calls Sakura big forehead girl so its an even trade of name calling.

She calls her Ino-pig because Ino means boar. And you can't get mad at Sakura. Ino calls her forehead-girl all the time. Besides, I think it's funny. I love Ino to death. She's my favorite girl but when she get's mad it's so entertaining. >.<

Hmmm, Ino means Pig? Learn something new everyday...
I always thought of it as, Ino is self concise about her apearence and weight, and being a pig usaly means youre fat or eat alot, and since she doesnt want to be overweight, calling her a pig is a good insult to her.

Kids make fun of kids. The fact that you know that Sakura and Ino still value their friendship makes the name calling funny. They dont really mean it. But Ino litterally does mean pig. So you cant really hate Sakura for that. I mean, maybe its just me, Sakura and Ino are my favorite characters. What Ino says is worse though, Unless Sakura has a dual meaning of Forhead girl, then I doubt she is just saying the opposite of her name, And well, Ino's zodiac sign is the Boar, so basically, Sakura is just stating the obvious. <3 So I cant hate that, I can just laugh at it.

Maybe ino and sakura have a special language they call eachother names and arent actually insulting eachother... its a possiblity.
