Village : Konoha (I know, it exists. But I don't wanna create her own villiage)
Name : Keira
Rank : Jounin
Weapons : Kunai/Shuriken, Ninjutsu/Genjutsu, her own ability, the 'Hekireki'. It controls thunder, and if used powerful enough, can create earthquakes.
I know this part isn't required, but I wanted to add it anyway...
Keira is a spy, working for the Konoha villiage. When she isn't on missions, she enjoys helping the other Chuunin teach, or just relaxing under the clouds. She has dark-brown hair, and blue eyes. She is rather skilled in ninjutsu and genjutsu, but sometimes lacks confidence in her own abilities, and when she doesn't, her emotions are blinded by pride.
