And just as Travis had said we went to Applebee’s for dinner and we both got Ribs. After dinner we went to the movies and since it was the drive in we were curled up in a blanket. Everything was going so perfect until he showed up, my worst enemy, Aaron. Aaron saw me and Travis and pulled me out of the car and onto the ground.
“Oh look it’s the little defenseless Camille, I’ve been looking for you. I never got what I wanted,” Aaron said looking me in the eye until he was thrown back by Travis.
Usually in this kind of situation I would fight back but not against Aaron, his eyes still haunted my dreams. I sat on the ground almost paralyzed as Travis and Aaron fought each other. After getting the s**t beat out of him Aaron took off. Travis came over to me to make sure I was ok and didn’t get hurt.
“Camille are you ok, did he hurt you at all, hello earth to Camille,” Travis said waving his hand in my face.
“Is he gone,” I said looking at the dirt.
“Yea he took off, who was that guy,” Travis said sitting next to me.
“My ex Aaron, he tried to have his way with me when we were going out, he still haunts my dreams in someway or another,” I said holding back tears in remembering what Aaron tried to do.
“I’ll protect you from him and anyone else who messes with you I promise you,” Travis said getting up and extending his hand to help me up.
“Thank you,” I said grabbing his hand and getting up.
“Anything for you babe,” Travis said smiling. His smile made me feel so much better so I couldn’t help but to smile back. “So there’s one more place that we are going to, but it’s a surprise,” Travis said laughing and getting in the car.
I got in the car behind him and had a confused look on my face cause I wanted to know where we were going. About 20 minutes later we were at an underground street race. This particular street race is one I entered a few times when I need cash. I looked around and saw that Toby was there and with my car, he was standing outside of it as if he was a bodyguard to the car.
“Umm Travii why did you take me here?” I asked looking at him.
“Toby told me you street race and I wanted to race you. He told me how good you were and when you first started to street race you won every race with out using nitrous,” Travis said laughing and shutting the car off.
“Fine then what we racing for,” I said getting out of the car.
“I was thinking winner gets whatever they want from the loser,” Travis said smirking.
“You’re on, but don’t cry when I win,” I said laughing and walking over to my car.
Travis got back in his car and moved it to the start line, I was at the start line shortly after him. We both looked at each other and I turned on my music which at the time was “Zombie nation”. We both started to rev the engines and waiting for the person to say go. The second the person said go we both took off leaving a smoke trail from the burn out. At first I was a head, but then Travis found a short cut and got in front of me, we were neck and neck till the end, which was when Travis hit the nitrous and won the race, I was behind him within seconds. I got out of the car and saw Travis laughing.
“Ha I win I get what ever I want now,” Travis said as he did the happy dance.
I sat on the hood of my car and sighed but the smiled. “Fine then what do you want, seeing as how you are the rightful winner,” I said laughing.
Travis stopped dancing and stood there thinking. “Don’t think too hard I don’t want you to hurt yourself,” I said still laughing.
“Tell ya what I’m gonna save my winnings for when I really want something,” Travis said smirking.
“Ok then you save the pass, now what do we do,” I said looking at him.
“I take you over to my house to hang out, how does that sound,” Travis said and then kissing me on the cheek.
“Sounds good to me,” I said blushing and then throwing my car keys at Toby and hitting him in the head. “Later Tobs, Don’t hurt my car with your driving,” I said getting up and walking over to Travis’ car with him.
Travis drove to his house and parked the car outside. We both got out of the car and when he walked in front of me I jumped on his back and laughed.
“Piggy back ride,” I said like a little 7 year old.
“Alright fine,” Travis said smiling and walking to the door and unlocking it.
When we got inside he turned the lights on put his keys on the table and dropped me on the couch and laughing at how funny I was sitting, I was sitting on the couch half way on the floor and half on the couch. I was also trying to do I handstand but just ended up flipping over onto the floor and lying there laughing.
“Wow that was graceful babe,” Travis said picking me up and putting me on the couch with my head in his lap.
“I know it was graceful,” I said laughing and looking up at him.
“Your so cute and do you know what happens when you’re to cute for your own good,” Travis said smiling.
I shook my head no and got a confused look on my face.
“What happens is you get tickled to death and kissed,” Travis said kissing me and then tickling me.
Shortly after he started tickling me I was laughing so much that I tickled him back and then there was a giant tickle fight. That ended when I started to get tired.
“You look tired, you should go to bed,” Travis said picking me up and carrying me to his room and taking my shoes off and then putting me in his bed and tucking me in.
“Yea well you look tired too,” I said laughing and pulling him onto the bed.
“Oh no you caught me, darn, what ever will I do,” Travis said sarcasticly
“You will get your sexy a** in bed,” I said smiling. Travis smiled and got in bed next to me after he took his shoes off. He hugged me tightly and kissed my forehead.
“I love you Camille,” He said in a whisper.
“I love you too Travii,” I said yawning and passing out almost instantly.
That morning I woke up alone in bed and to the smell of bacon and pancakes. I yawned and dragged myself out of bed and walked into the kitchen to see Travis making pancakes and with a lot of flour on him. I couldn’t help but to giggle at him. When I giggled Travis turned around and looked at me.
“Morning beautiful, you’re just in time for pancakes and bacon,” Travis said warmly.
“Morning to you too and pancakes YAY,” I said smiling and sitting down at the table.
Travis served breakfast and then went to get ready for school as I tried to find one of my shoes that went missing. I was still looking for my shoe when Travis was done getting ready. Travis laughed and then pointed to my feet and I saw that the missing shoe was on my foot already.
“I totally knew that was there, I was just testing you, yea will go with that,” I said laughing a little
“So we have school in like an hour and you need to get dressed in clean clothes, so I think we should go over to your house that way you could get ready for school and then we go to school together,” Travis said.
“Or ya know we could go to my house and I can go back to sleep and come in late for school like I do every day,” I said trying to get out of going to school.
“Nope your going to school, you can sleep in the castle if you want,” Travis said smiling.
“Oh alright fine,” I said yawning and then walking outside with him.
Travis got on his back and I got on behind him, holding on to him about 15 minutes later we got to my house. I quickly ran inside put on my normal baggy clothes, grabbed 2 cans of mountain dew and putting them in my bag, then going back outside and getting back on the bike. Travis drove to school and parked underneath the tree again. At this point and time I was half asleep on him. Travis kept poking me that way I would wake up.
“I’m up, I’m up, not really are we at school now,” I said yawning and then opening my bag looking for my caffeine pills that would wake me up.
“Yes we are here and no caffeine pills for you, just drink your mountain dew,” Travis said getting off his bike and waiting for me to go with him inside.
I got off the bike and went with Travis to the front office, shuffling my feet the whole way there, when we got inside everyone saw I was on time again and they were in shock once again, I just waved weakly to them and walked directly to the castle and opened the door and waved to everyone in the room and then fell on the couch and was fast asleep before Travis was even in the room.
“So Travis, what did you and my sister do last night,” Joe said winking.
“Joe you’re a perv. We didn’t do anything, she’s just tired cause she’s not used to getting up this early,” Travis said taking his jacket off and putting it over me like a blanket.
“Ok whatever, just make sure she goes to advising today, apparently Christine has something she needs to tell her,” Joe said walking out of the castle.
Travis shook his head for an Ok and went to play video games till it was time to wake me for advising.

After hours of staring at the box, I pulled my pocket knife and cut the tape off the box slowly trying to convince my self that I shouldn’t but I did, I opened the stupid box. The first thing I saw lying on top was a letter my brother wrote me, just seeing his hand writing made me cry. I went through the box blowing dust off books occasionally, and then I got to pictures of my family, we all looked so happy, but this certain picture was taken before I found out happens when I’m not around. I threw the picture frame at the wall and watched the glasses shatter, some of the glass hit my face, I could feel the blood dripping down my face but I just ignored it. After throwing a few more frames against the wall I heard my bedroom door open.
“What did you throw a party and I didn’t get invited,” Travis said laughing a little and sitting next to me.
“Oh yea it was one hell of a party,” I said being a smart a**.
“Babe what happened to your face it’s all scratched up and there’s blood all over you,” Travis said looking at me trying to figure out what the ******** I did.
“See that glass near the wall over there, well I threw it against the wall and some of the glass bounced on impact and hit my face,” I said looking at the glass.
“Go wash up your face I’ll clean up the glass ok,” Travis said getting up and grabbing the trash can in my room and starting to pick up glass.
I did what he said and walked into my bathroom and cleaned up that way there wasn’t a lot of blood on me. Meanwhile Travis was cleaning the glass and looking at the pictures that were in the frame. He saw the one of me and my family happy and wondered what happened to us and why I was at war with my parents. He placed all the pictures in a stack near the box after he finished, he could hear the shower still running so he looked in the box to see what was in it. He sat next to the box and picked up one of my old journals and read every detail of my life and remembering it all and what I liked and what I couldn’t stand. He then came across a torn and what looked burnt picture of me and some one else, looking at the picture he could tell it was taken at least a year or 2 ago. He heard the shower turn off and put the picture in his pocket to ask me about later. A few minutes later I walked out with no blood on me.
“There no more blood on me,” I said trying to laugh but couldn’t.
“You really loved your brother didn’t you,” Travis said standing up and hugging me.
“Yea he was the only real family member I had that understood me and didn’t try to change me no matter how different I am,” I said hugging him back.
“I’m really sorry about what happened,” Travis said stroking my hair softly.
“Me too, and I know that if he had met you he would have liked you a lot,” I said sadly.
“I know this is changing the subject but um, who is this person in the picture with you,” Travis said letting go of me and pulling the picture out.
I stared at the picture for no more then 2 seconds and grabbed it away from him and pulled my lighter out, and setting the picture on fire.
“You don’t need to know who that is,” I said coldly.
“Uh yea I’m just gonna go now before you yell at me,” Travis said backing up slowly and then leaving.
I sat on my bed and stared at my hands that were shaking badly. I heard the door open again and looked to see who it was. It was Toby and he was holding a can of mountain dew, as if it was a peace offering to me.
“Why is there a picture on fire,” Toby said staring at the picture that was curling into its self from the flames heat.
“No reason, what’s up,” I said in a low tone.
“That was the picture of you and him wasn’t it,” Toby said setting the can on my desk and then sitting next to me on the bed.
“NO s**t! It’s the only picture I would ever burn, the only reason why I didn’t get away with burning it last time is cause Bradley told me I had to keep and burnt his hand putting the fire out on the picture,” I said.
“Didn’t you have copies of it,” Toby said and then relizing what he said and putting his hand over his mouth that way he didn’t make things worse.
“Bradley took those away from me, but knowing my luck they will find there way into that ******** box, no if you excuse me I have some work I have to do,” I said putting the fire out with my boot, then walked over to my closet pulled my trench coat out, grabbed the can of mountain dew Toby gave me and walked down to the garage. When I got there Gramps was talking to Travis. Travis looked at me and noticed I had the look of rage in my eyes and Gramps knew why and wouldn’t give me my keys.
“NO CAMILLE NOTHING YOU SAY WILL MAKE ME GIVE YOU YOUR KEYS!” Grandpa yelled at me.
“GIVE ME THE KEYS OLD MAN, ITS MY CAR I DID ALL THE TUNE UP WORK YOU JUST LOOK AFTER IT FOR ME AND TOBY DOES MATINECE ON IT SO GIVE ME THE ******** KEYS RIGHT NOW” I yelled back.
Travis stood there watching us fight until someone opened the garage door. I turned quickly to see who it was and there he stood, him and Aaron. My 2 enemies who wouldn’t let me be and always had to remind me of the past I had. I growled and pulled my gun out from my trench coat. I pointed the gun at Aaron, only to have a gun pointed back at me.
“Cammie put the gun down, we all know you won’t shoot or hurt anyone when I’m here your to afraid of me,” Brandon said as he looked at Aaron who had his gun to me.
I dropped my gun and looked at both of them coldly, as if I was trying to read their minds to see why they were there.
“What do you want ********,” I said evilly.

A few seconds later the phone rang and Gramps picked it up.
“Camille phone call it’s the you know whose,” Gramps said looking at me.
I sighed and grabbed the phone. “Hello elders what can I do for you today,” I said being really formal and walking out of the room. “Fine when do you want to have this meeting, Right now fine I’ll be there soon” I said hanging the phone up and then walking over to Tobs who was on the cell.
“Cammie, your favorite person just called, says your new toys just got finished and ready to be picked,” Toby said laughing.
“Ok thanks Tobs, Travis I have to go do something important so I’ll see you tomorrow at school cause this may take all night,” I said sighing again.
“Ok no worries, I’ll see you tomorrow, be safe, and I love you,” Travis said kissing me.
“I love you too,” I said kissing him and walking off to my room to get dressed in the usual clothes I wear when I have a meeting with the elders, which was also the outfit that I wear when I trained.
I grabbed my keys that Gramps had put on my desk, and then walked to the garage. By this time Travis had left. In the corner of the garage there was a shelve that was full of weapons, I walked over to it and loaded up on all my weapons, 2 guns, extra ammo, my katana that was engraved with flames, some silver stakes just in case. With that I got into the car and took off to my weapons shop where one of my favorite peoples worked.
I stopped the car and walked inside seeing Erik was at the counter waiting for me. Erik had long black hair and was very pail. I looked at him and smiled like a kid getting a new toy when he had pulled back a black cloth that underneath was all the weapons I had ordered.
“As always all the weapons had a silver tip or silver edging, I also made some new UV bullets that once they hit something a very bright light explodes through out the person of the room, and for those you may want your sunglasses on because it is very bright. Oh and don’t tell me you owe me one,” Erik said laughing and handing me the weapons.
The one that I had ordered was a ring blade, Erik told me that he putting some hand grips on it for easier fighting. I put that onto my back and put the bullets in my guns and put my staff that I had broken and he fixed for me on my leg, he had made it so it was compact. I smiled and like always kissed him on the cheek because he was like my bro.
“Thanks Erik I owe you one,” I said like always as I walked out.
I put the ring blade in the passenger seat next to me and took off to a grave yard. Underneath the grave yard was where I always met the elders when it is light out. I got out of the car and put the ring on my back once again. I opened a tomb door and walked in. I then stood on a platform that moved down underneath the tomb its self. When the platform stopped moving I walked down a flame lit hallway, reaching the end of the hallway I pushed the doors open and stood in the middle of another flame lit room.
“So nice of you to come Camille, we have pressing matters to tell you,” An old man who was sitting on the far left said.
“Yes thank you for coming so quickly and what is that smell on you, you reek of werewolf,” A women sitting in the middle said.
“I am with a werewolf now seeing as how the war between both kinds is over. It is over right because that’s what you said to me the last time we met,” I said bowing a little
“That it why we have called you here day walker. It turns out we were wrong, we are still at war with them more then we ever have been before and we need you to put together a team to hunt them all down and slaughter them all,” The man on the right said
“Let me get this straight you want me to kill all werewolves including my boyfriend,” I said
“Yes and if you have a problem with it well to bad,” the man on the left said growling a little at me.
“I refuse to kill my boyfriend or his kind, and if you want someone to take them on don’t ask me because I will never accept,” I said turning around.
“But you have to they have found a way to kill us,” The woman said
“Really no s**t! A LOT OF THINGS CAN KILL YOU SUCK HEADS! Lets see, Light, Silver, Stakes, and now werewolves. And yet I still don’t care,” I said getting mad.
“Camille as your elders we say that you have no choice in the matter, because you are also one of us but only a half bred and I don’t care if you father was Dracula and your mother was a filthy human,” The man on the right said.
“YOU BASTARDS KNEW THE WHOLE TIME DIDN’T YOU,” I said pulling out my gun. “You knew and you didn’t tell me because I didn’t have a right now know that my father was an all powerful vampire, more powerful then you,” I said then firing my gun that had the UV bullets in it.
I made sure that the 3 of them were dead before I walked out, but soon almost all the vampires would be on my tail to kill me for killing the elders. I ran outside to my car and drove to Travis’ house where I saw he was outside tuning up his bike.
“Travis grab your stuff we have to leave NOW!” I screamed from my car window, Travis looked confused but grabbed some of his stuff and threw it in the car.
“Mind telling me why we have to leave right this minute,” Travis said with a confused and worried look on his face.
“Both of our kinds have lied to us, Vampires and werewolves are at war again, more then we ever have been in the past, and I just killed my elders and well I’m going to have a s**t load of suck heads on my tail and it also turns out that they wanted me to kill you and all other werewolves and I told them no and kinda shot at them with UV ray bullets and now I’m here and yea,” I said in one breath and really fast.
Travis got a surprised look on his face and then sat back in the seat to think. I kept turning corners and going to the highway because there was one place I knew would be safe for a while but it was some where I hadn’t been in over 5 years.
