After Bloodlust I am POSITIVE that the Supernatural writers are writing Wincest references into the series.
C'mon! Dean said that he'd be banging in Sam later that night! (not a direct quote... I'll correct it tomorrow when I re-watch! *hehe*) ... After Sam tells 'em that he'll leave and not bring them down, in the bar.
Plus there was another comment, towards the end... Which Dean says to Sam.
OMG! And not really a reference, except in the eyes of a fangirl, when Sam said that only Dean was allowed to call him Sammy? *teehehe* OH, yeah! lol
So whatcha think? I think we need to compile quotes. Cos they be funny biggrin

This is when they're at the bar, having killed the vampire at the mill. Sam's not in the mood to celebrate...
Sam: Look, I'm not going to bring you guys down. I'm just going to go back to the motel.
Dean (covering face) You sure?
Sam: Yeah (walks towards door)
Dean (gets keys out of pocket) Sammy? (Sam turns around) Remind me to beat that buzz-kill out of you, alright?
*snickers* Oh, yeah! I'll remind him!!! biggrin
When they're figuring out how to get to the nest...
Dean: You're good! A monster pain in the a**, but you're good.
A pain in the arse, you say? lol
And at the end of the episode...
Sam: You didn't kill Lenore.
Dean: Well, but every instinct told me to. I was gonna kill her. I was gonna kill 'em all.
Sam: But you didn't. And that's what matters.
Dean: Yeah... Cos you're a pain in my a**!
Sam: (laughs) Guess I may have to stick around and be a pain in your a** then.
Dean: Thanks.
Sam: Don't mention it.
*giggles* And THIS is why I am sure the Wincest references are intentional... *grins, proud of herself*
