Keep in mind that if you work in the burn treatment ward, it might not work best if you're an expert in brain surgery, because your employers would have you working there instead! But you can still have a knack for different things, but make sure they would work in your field. For example, if you're good at keeping people calm, but you work mainly in the Trama center, it might also be good to stop by the Mental Health place every once in awhile!
