You come across a small entrance to a cave lit by torches. Above the entrance is a poorly made wooden sign labeled "Kura's Ultimate Training Cave of Dooooom!" with the words 'of Dooooom!" crossed out with spraypaint. Apparantly the setup was rushed as there seems to be no effort or regards to the placement of the sign as the nail is not centered and poorly hammered. The opening to 'Kura's Ultimate Cave' is rather small and requires you to duck a little before entering. (For Vane, you're able to feel the indents of the lettering on the wooden sign allowing you to read the sign without seeing it.) There is a note on the floor....it was supposed to be on the sign but it probabbly just fell off. Quote: Fellow Monks, it is to my pleasure to announce the opening of this training cave for use. The outside may not look much, but inside are various traps and obstacles that require your skill in maneuvering and traversing. Here's the rules:
-Only three people may enter at one time. Each shall take a different path than the other. All the paths will converge at the end for the final challenge.
- Upon entering a room there will be a puzzel or a set of traps of which you must solve or traverse in order to reach the next room. (Don't worry, none of the traps aren't lethal...they're just embarassing to get caught in.)
- If you are unable to solve the puzzel, an escape ladder will be provided.
- You may not proceed if you are caught in any of the traps. An escape ladder will be provided in that event.
- What lies in the end is for you to discover.
-The dooooom part was not my idea, I swear. Upon reading this the wooden sin completely falls off and reveals another note on the back of the sign. Atsu, EM, this might be too easy for you. This was meant for the students after all. -Kura

Ryu walks over to the cavern and thinks by himself that he didn't train for a very long time. His former strenght, speed and skills are slowly declining. Maybe Kura's Ultimate Training Cave of Dooooom is an option to get back in shape again?
*Ryu enters the cavern*

Atsu looks at the second note, "Aww.. that sounded like fun. Oh well. Maybe I can help set up the next round of traps and puzzels..."

*ryu: The cavern gets reletively taller further in as you are able to stand up straight. Upon taking three steps you fall into a trap door that brigs you down to what seems to be like a room selection. In front of you, there are three stone doors with different glowing glyphs on them. The first door has glyph that resembles a flame. The second door has a glyph that looks like a hawk inside a circle. The last door has a glyph that looks like a fist.....VERY similar to the one found on the GETaGRIP shirt....apparantly Kura didn't put much thought into that one. Above the doors is a wallscroll that reads...* Quote: Your first perception may not always be the actual truth.

His second bet is the glyph with the fist. Judging by the giving hint, it would seem very obvious that it's this one. *Ryu decides to touch the glyph with the fire-emblem* ( This thread is a very cool idea, Kura! 3nodding )

*the door does not open, rather you are transported into the next room upon touching the glyph. The room you are transported into is pitch black, until a row of torches light up and reveal the way. You find yourself on long narrow bridge that hangs over a large chasm. The bottom of the chasm isn't visible, no thanks to the poor light source. The bridge has no side rails so it would be easy to fall off if pushed. The bridge itself looks weak at some points so treading on them may prove dangerous. You can see several vines hanging on from the ceiling, but you can't see how high the ceiling is, or exactly how long these vines are.*
????: "I see you are my first opponent."
*A young man in a hakama appears at the end of the bridge. He holds up a bokken (sword used in kendo) in a ready stance.*
kendo guy: "Prepare yourself!"
*He runs at you with his sword to his side, lightly stepping over the weak parts in the bridge*

'' First of all, let's calm you down buddy! '' Ryu aims his Kijarustick at his opponent, a radiating yellow light emerges from the top of the stick. The Kendo Guy drops his sword and holds his both hands before his eyes. He is blinded by Ryu's attack....
'' This is way too easy for me...'', but before Ryu can finish his sentence, he accidently steps on a weak part of the bridge. He almost falls down in the darkness, but he manages to grab the bridge back on time. His Kijarustick isn't so lucky, it falls downwards...

((Ryu, do not control the actions of your opponent. That is considred God-modding. I'm not going to severly punish you or anything, I'm just going to...))
*Kendo Guy recovers from the flash and frantically searches for his Bokken. He picks it up and walks over to Ryu on the corner and aims a strike down at Ryu's hands*

Wanders in and sees the sign. "Hmm doom huh. Maybe I should sing the doom song." Thinks for a moment, "Maybe later." Walks forward to one of the open paths noticing that only two of them are available. "Looks like someone else is already training. Well might as well see what I can find in here."

*Panda approaches the cave entrance. Strapped to her back, instead of her usual weapon a glaive, rests a kusari gama which is a long chain with a weight at one end and a small sickle like weapon known as a kama at the other end. Without the weight of her steal filled glaive on her back her movements seem smoother and more agile than before, as she glances over towards the sign. Doom... huh? She thinks to herself, as she reaches down to pick up the note.* "Could be interesting.... and I am in need of practice with my kusari gama....” *Panda says quietly, slowly stepping inside.*
((I wasnt sure if there were three people actually training at the time... if there are too many people just disregard this post and I can come back some other time))

*Panda and spork you come across the same room Ryu was once in. Only one person will go through one path at time. Two glyphs remain: the hawk inside the circle and the fist*

"Hmm which path to choose? Well I have never been very good at hand combat so I think I will take the hawk if that is okay with you Panda." Walks over to the glyph of the hawk inside the circle and waits for confirmation.

(( I don't really agree about that, but it's too unimportant to make a fuss about it! wink )) * The pain of the attack is unbearable, but Ryu doesn't fall. He swiftly climbs up and tries to kick the Kendo Guy in its chest *

"Alright then. I will see you at the finish line, I hope." Touches the glyph and waits to see what lies ahead.
