Appearance: Loa is a very average person. She is just a little above average hight, standing at 5'9". Her hair is thick and a rich chocolate brown that hangs just a little below her shoulders. Its normaly pulled back into a ponytail, but the bangs always seem to escape her hair tie by the end of the day. Her eyes are a stormy blue-green that can be as cloudy as the sky or as clear as sunlight. There is a light smattering of frekels across her face, arms and legs, but they proliferate when exposed to sunlight.
Tiamat is almost the same as Loa except for the fact that her eyes are a deep dark purple. They glow, but in a manner that makes its color even more astounding
In anyweather Loa always has on a long-sleeve black turtleneck sweater and blue jeans. In the summer her shoes are brown flipflops, (if she has any shoes on at all)) while in the winter they are black boots
Personality: She knows her own mind. She will do what she wants when she wants and how she wants. Its not that she doesn't care for rules. (she doesn't though) Its just she has weighed the effects of her actions and found that, to her, her actions are worth it. She hates regret and will not do anything that causes it. If she thinks her actions will cause to much harm for others she won't carry it out because she also hates guilt. She doesn't like relying on other much and is very used to looking out for herself. She has a soft spot for music though and can be heard singing or playing music.
Strengths: She has a mediocre level of strength for a Amped. She can run fast but not that fast. Her strength is less visable. She is very resistant to many forms of toxins, more so than the average Amped, she can also manipulate her energy better than most because of her less obvious strength she relized that she had to make the most of what she had.
Weaknesses: She can't keep up physicaly with many of the Amped so when she is low on energy she can be betten very easily. Physicaly she is about as strong as she is ever going to get, so she will never be a strong physicaly as most amped
Weapons/Fighting Style: She often uses a (mm handgun or throwing daggers again due to her lack of superhuman strength. She rather uses her energy as a weapon more than her fists. Long distance and swift, sharp, attacks are those she favors.
Bio: Loa being raised in an orphanage learned to hide what she was very quickly so she also grew stronger a bit faster than normal. Her ability to resist poisons came in handy alot when looking for other food sources. She learns all she can from the teachers at the orphanage and is known there for a quick mind and a sharp tonuge. Her life in her mind has been interesting at the very least. She has seen how alot of the other Amped have been treated, and so kept a low as profile as possible. To her survial is the first thing on her list, right under it is learning.
