Jedi Types
Jedi Guardians are the type of Jedi who focus more on martial training and combat. These, like all Jedi, are keepers of the peace, acting as a kind of special police force under the direct control of the Chancellor. Notable Guardians include Obi-Wan Kenobi, Mace Windu, Anakin Skywalker and Luke Skywalker. In video games such as Knights of the Old Republic, Guardians are said to have a blue lightsaber, though the choice of the colour remains valid only during the early part of the apprentice stage.

Jedi Consulars are the type who possess great knowledge of the Force but rarely enter combat. Consulars are the primary scholars and diplomats of the Order. They often became members of the Jedi Council or teachers to younger Jedi. The most famous Consular is Yoda. After her training, Leia Organa Solo also became a Consular. In games, Jedi Consulars are said to control the green lightsaber.

Jedi Sentinels try to strike a balance between the first two types and possess admirable combat skills with some extensive knowledge of the Force. These are often dispatched to regions across the galaxy to work as ambassadors and investigators for unusual concentrations of the Force. Bastila Shan and Visas Marr are examples of Jedi Sentinels. In games, Jedi Sentinels may have the yellow lightsaber.

Jedi Healers use the Force in conjunction with medical and psychiatric training to help allieviate illness, pain and suffering wherever they encounter it. They are sometimes assigned to medcenters or mobile medical units on various worlds. Barriss Offee is an example of a Jedi Healer who worked in a RMSU (Republic Mobile Surgery Unit) during the latter part of the Clone Wars. Jedi Healers have been known to use the lavender lightsaber.

Appearance: He wears the traditional Jedi clothing along with the long brown robe. His lightsaber hangs on the belt. His hair is long much like Qui-Gon Jinn except silver instead of brown. He looks almost asian in comparison to the eyes. His eyes are crystal blue and kind of gentle erieness about them.

History: Born on Bespin. Never knew father, Mother worked in a hotel. He grew up with his uncle teaching him all the ways of the force, though he never used it. He met a Jedi Master when he was seven and followed him everywhere. The Jedi decided it was best if he took Qui-Li with him. His mother highly disagreed but his uncle was honored. The Master left Bespin along with Qui-Li and he took his first step into his new life as a Jedi.

Appearance: His skin is a dark blue, and his body is built stocky. His upper boddy and lower body are almost identical in length, though his arms seem short and thick. Long, thick tentacles protrude from the back of his head, ringed in a bright red. His large eyes always shine a brilliant green, and he seems to have a reptilian mouth and nose, smooth and almost the same part.

History: He grew up with the jedi, having been taken from his parents at a young age. He knows nothing of his past or his family, though has learned much about his race through the teachings of the Jedi Counselors.

Skills other than force skills: Ath is a wandering thinker, and is able to discern many ways out of trouble. However, these ideas sometimes have a way of back-firing.

Home planet: Naboo
Appearance: Carmel toned skin, athletic build,green eyes, black hair cut short.
History: Raised as a thief, Seiryoku learned his Jedi ways from a teacher whom only was known as Sul Tyn. Sul's origin is unknown, but his knowledge of the force was very great. Sul taught Seiryoku how to use the forcce not just for good, but also for his own personal gain, growing up in that manner made Seiyoku very dark and cold, but not yet turned to the darkside. Sul tried to balance the good and the evil in Seiryoku so he would be able to handle hard and trying times. Sol and Seiryoku gained wealth in their adventures across the galaxy, until Sul met his end saving Seiryoku from a bounty hunter whos name is still unknown. Seiryoku inherited all of Sul's wealth as well as his ship, a stylish YT-2000 called the Silver Blue. Seiryoku now wanders the galaxy looking for a purpose as wellas adventure.
