I'd love it if Luna and Neville got together, but I feel like JK Rowling said that it won't happen...which is unfortunate.

If you read the interview JKR gave after book 7.... well, I don't want to spoil anything, but check it out if you finished the book ;]
Personally, I think the pairing too.. OMG WERE BOTH LOSERS SO LETS BE TOGETHER. I've always liked Harry/Luna though... heart
