It's not just about the poll, and to debate on which has cooler stuff. Why not share experiences from your visit(s) there too?

I'm a Disneyland freak. I personally have the opinion that, like most of the Disney movies, the original is much better than anything else. Besides the fact Disneyland was created by Walt himself.
Although the rides are great, I like the park not because of the rides, but the feeling I get there. Everyone's nice to you, and honest. Last April I went to the park with my extended family, and my Uncle accidentally dropped his wallet (that contained over $500) on a ride. And we had already left the park to eat at the Rainforest Cafe. It had been almost an hour until he realized he left it. When he went back to the ride, someone had given it to one of the imagineers, with all the money and his personal identification still inside.
I like Disneyland because of it's size, and the feeling of being welcome. You never feel crowded unless you're in line, and usually everyone's happy to be there. And, I have bad feet, so too much walking makes my feet ache and burst into blisters.

Wow, now that's honesty. Almost wants you to do that on purpose just to see their kindness. Good to know that it's not a carnival "free-for-all" money taking fest.

I'm there every weekend, and I sware, it's like you can feel the presence of Walt and his creations everywhere. He built the park, he put himself into every little corner. Granted Toontown isn't Walt's baby, but everything else is.
Who cares if Disney World has more stuff in it? It doesn't have the same spirit, because it's the park Roy built. It's a money machine, not a home. Walt literaly had an apartment above the firehouse. If you ever watch the openning day festivities, you can see his daughters in the window.
There is nothing at all like Disneyland, no matter how many park the corperation makes to pull in more profit.

Up sides to Disney World: REALLY BIG!! I love Epcot, and Magic Kingdom. So many cool stuffs!! I love Operation: Space and Test Track!!
Down sides to Disney World: hmm..... well, four people in my six-people family were sick when we went... bad memories... *shiver* sad
Up sides to Disney Land: 1) It was the first 2) Walt built it 3) He lived there!!! 4) So warm and inviting. People, so nice.
Down sides to Disney Land: none I can think of...
Conclusion: I love them both. I used to live in Utah, so I was closer to Land, but now I live in Georgia, so I'm closer to World.
Oh and Angels_can_Fly, I LOVE the Rainforest Cafe'!!

Disneyworld is my favorite place on earth. I would live there if I could. It's hard to believe I was at Epcot just a week and a day ago... I live in New York, a far way away from Disney... It's depressing. crying
