I'd have to say the coolest thing I ever did in a nascar game was when ever I was playing Nascar Thunder 2003. I had never raced at Daytona in single player on a PS2 and it was also my first career race (for the career mode and my life). I got 4th in the Daytona 500. First race lol.

I think the coolest thing I ever did was in NASCAR Thunder 2004 at Talladega when I finished a race 4-wide and wrecked across the finish line when I won the race. Ripped all 4 cars to peices but the race was over anyway. I couldn't even do victory donuts because my engine was blown.

It's been awhile since I've played a Nascar game, but the coolest thing I did in a racing game was in Gran Turismo3. I was in 2nd just behind the leader going into the last corner, I brake very late and cut inside him, lean on his car to make the turn which puts him into the grass and I stay on track and win the race. Yeah yeah, Tony Stewart would be proud, but I never said I was good at racing games. xd

I used to play a demo for Gran Turismo 2 on this one Pizza Hut disc (I think). I would always use the lancer and the only track you could select was Rome Circuit. I'd be like bouncing off of guys slightly in the turns and stuff. Ahhh.. Good times..

Triple Homicide Oh yeah, you betcha! Especially since it was my rookie season and my equpitment wasn't so great in the first place. Was it the first or second race at Talladega during the season? I remember in Nascar 03 I could modify a car well enough in a 12 race season to win at Talladega during my first year. You must be good at the superspeedways.

Oh yeah and I almost won the Daytona 500 in my rookie season but I finished 7th because guess who spun me off turn 4 when I had a run on Kurt Busch for the win! TONY STEWART!!!!!!!!

The AI is tough in Nascar Thunder 2004. I used to hate going to Dover because they'd just run inside of you and bang off of ya' on the way through. I didn't have equipment fast/good enough to keep ahead so they would always pass. Super Speed Ways are my favorite track too. RW and in Games. Ironically enough my favorite track in Gran Turismo 3 is 'The Super Speedway'

As long as you find the right line for the exit in the corner you can get a huge run on the outside but its gotta be perfect everytime.

I use the alternate technique for Dover turns. Instead of getting to the apex in the middle of the turn, I apex at the beginning. Then once I get about 60% through the turn, basically I floor it and get a Huge jump off the turn. If the car's too tight it usually dosn't... end well.
