i just saw this while looking for halloween costumes, and thought: "this could be made loli with the right materials and some creativity. o_o"
they almost kind of have the idea: with the ribbon on the skirt, and the ruffles.
what would you guys do to alter/add to this?
i'm almost thinking of buying it, since it's cute, and then see what i can come up with. xD

That could actually be made into a cute loli outfit. Add more ribbons on the skirt (maybe pick out the blue ribbons and replace them with black.) Luckily the boots aren't free so you can wear a nice pair of dolly shoes with them.
In fact you could make it into a loli sailor fuku so you could be a loli school girl, if think that could work!

watch out, a lot of the halloween costumes are made of terrible fabric. altho if you put a petticoat underneath the skirt it wouldn't matter as much
