Nobody knows yet, as very little is known about them.
Hair Color: Orangy-Brown
Gender: Probably Male
We also know that he has some sort of piercings on either side of his nose... but we really know nothing else. It is highly possible that it is just somebody, rather then a character that has always been on the show.

As for the character just being introduced, for all we know that may not be Sir Leader at all... It could be the other identified character with blue hair...
But it maye be more likely it's him. >__>

I'm just wondering if anyone even considered the idea of a Kage Bunshin using Henge no Jutsu? In other words... it could be almost anybody, heck it could be Tsunade! I'm sure it will be a shock though, whoever it is.
