Rumors have been flying for the past week that Fred has quite CutE Is What We Aim For, and Temp bassist, Jack Marin, has replaced him.
As of today, the band released an official statement saying that Fred is indeed out of the band and that Jack Marin is IN.

Dear you,
We are writing to tell you all that our friend Fred has decided to
leave the band to pursue school and work on other things. We all
support his decision 100%. He is still our very close friend and we
have no bad blood between us whatsoever. He is the funniest person
any of us have ever met and we will miss him. We are certain that he
will do amazing at whatever he decides to do.
We will be the first ones to lend a hand.
Jack Marin will be our new bass player. As we are sure you will all find out, he is an amazing
person. We are very fortunate to have found someone that we all fit so well with.
Be sure to come out and make him feel welcomed as a new part of our family.

"Thanks everybody so much for all of your support, and making this
the best year of my life. I'm glad I got a chance to meet and talk to
some really awesome people. I still love the guys in Cute, and will
miss them. I wish them the best of luck in the future. If anybody

I think that it is great that Jack is now in the band. He;s an all around GREAT guy and it will be great for the band to have him here. As for Fred, he is leaving to pursue schooling and other things, and I'm sure he'll never forget the great times he has had with the band, touring across the country, and recording a record all before he's even 19 years of age.
