* This is meant in the name of humor. An American president (John F. Kennedy - Agent Orion) at the end of the cold war (I believe, correct me if I am wrong) attempted to say he was a "Berliner" or a person of Berlin. However the correct was to say this is "Ich bin Berliner" because the article "ein" renders "Berliner" into a German brand/type of jelly donut.
NOTE: Myth Debunked, see this fur more information. - Agent Orion.

** NOT used in the American sense. Fick/en is used when you are meaning sexual intercourse only. The exclamation "********" in American English should not be literally translated.

*** This is used like the Americans use "********/>**** The example to use it as "however" is as follows: Das ist aber nicht mein Auto (That is, however, not my car)
The example of emphasis on something (really) is: Das war aber sehr hektisch (That was really very hectic)
Aber has many, many, MANY meanings and not all are listed here.

Yes I'll be adding commonly used words in songs as well as the little bit of German I've picked up from who knows where, and if people would like to add what they know they can post here or mail me their suggestions to add to the list.

As far as the capitalization, I can do that but I think it looks nicer with capitals. The capitalization is grammar and I can add little grammar notes at the bottom...

I haven't taken a single class. I've more or less taught myself in free time and once I learned a fair much I stuck around German/English discussion forums and still do, reading and picking up what I can.
