Hello, and welcome to "Star Wars: The New Jedi Order".
You may be asking yourself, now that you are here...
"What the hell is going on?"
Well, here's a small walkthrough on how to start your experience in this new Star Wars Guild.
First, make sure you post your Jedi or Sith Profile in the profile page. We are, as of now, accepting Jedi Knights, Padowans, and Younglings.
Sith are accepting Sith Masters, Sith Knights, and apprentices. Qui-Li will be updating me on this when he feels we have enough of any one group.
Second, make a post or two in the OOC thread. Try to get yourself known, and then jump into wherever the story is taking place, or talk in character with the other Jedi in the main room.
Last, make sure to check stickies frequently for updates. This guild is still new, so there are a few bugs to work out.

I know some are thinking how do I become a Master? Well here's how.
Basic Jedi advancement:
-Start guild as youngling.
-Jedi Knight takes you as an apprentice. you will be advanced to Padawan
-once you finish "the trials" which consists of your master cutting off your hair tail(the little tail of hair Anakin had in Episode II) with your lightsaber. then your master will then instruct you on how to construct your lightsaber and your master will recite this:
The crystal is the heart of the blade.
The heart is the crystal of the Jedi.
The Jedi is the crystal of the Force.
The Force is the blade of the heart.
All are intertwined:
The crystal,The blade,The Jedi.
You are one.
you will then be asked to recite the Jedi Code (located on the homepage)
-you will then be pronounced a Jedi Knight
-A Jedi Master will take under their "wing" and train you in the Jedi arts with even more detail.
-Once you successfully train a Padawan to Jedi Knight you too will become a Master.
Basic Sith advancement:
-start guild as youngling
-sith knight takes you as an apprentice
-once you pass "the trials" which consists of your Sith master sending you out to kill a Jedi and bring their head back and then you go to the Sith Shrines and find and retrieve their lightsaber from one of the shrines.
-a your master will then pronouce a sith master
- Sith Master will take you under their "wing" and teach the ways of the darkside and empower.
-once you yourself have successfully trained a sith to sith knight you will too become a Sith Master
