We want you to tell us which crew member has been the best this month? For now on every month we want your vote on who is your favorite or you think has been the best this month? The vote will end after a week. Then we look at the votes, see who wins and post the winner on the main page. So now tell us, Which crew member has been a good girl/boy this month? NOTE: The Crew cant vote for anyone and that goes for VC and Captain too! Only member can vote because other wise it wouldn't be fair..... 3nodding

Is this such a good idea? I mean... this can make mods that don't win feel bad, or make this competitive in a bad way. Especially since the guild is so new; you can't really tell these things very well right now. If I was a Crew member, I'd feel pretty bad if I, like, got no votes or something, especially since right now, it's pretty much just a popularity contest; nobody knows how good you 'mod', so people will just vote for their friends.
Competition over who's 'best' at something has just never been the coolest thing; I always feel bad for the people/person who didn't get very many votes for whatever reason. You know? Especially over something like how well you do your job.

Personally, I don't care if I win or lose. I've learned not to take these things uber seriously and to just be happy for whoever wins. 3nodding

Personally, I don't care if I win or lose. I've learned not to take these things uber seriously and to just be happy for whoever wins. 3nodding Me neither, I try not to take things seriously, but even if I entirely do not care for the subject at all whatsoever, I always seem to have a bad taste in my mouth when I lose or don't get many/any votes XD . Maybe I'm just subconsciously a ridiculously competitive person that needs to learn how to take a loss like a man xd 3nodding . But I guess I'm also thinking of this like in comparison to the MAs in PD; who likes being entered in a, say, 'kindest member' contest, only not to win? Wow, that's pretty much saying that other people are considered, nicer (and in effect, 'better') people than you are XP ! But then, I'm a complete and total pessimist, I love twist stuff up like that XD . Anybody at school can tell you that I take almost anything the wrong way... Er, well, Adam and Vince could tell you that anyway XD . <3 Ali

I dunno, it used to bother me about how I'd get my hopes up, and then I'd lose. (I lost every single one I was entered in. xp ) But I learned to suck it up and to just be proud I was nominated in the first place.
And yeah, I'm sure they could tell me that xd
