Please post suggestions you may have. If you've ever owned a guild before and know how to keep it active running as far as advertising and simple forum games, we'd like all the tips we can get.
Any suggestions as to what you would change about the guild for the better?

Well, I'm the Vice Captain of a guild (The Hangman's Hangout) and from my experience, there is very little that could be done to improve this guild. Maybe a random Chatterbox forum, but only as a last resort! If I get any ideas (which is very rare) then I'll happily post them. Also, not wishing to pervert this thread to serve my own needs, but the Hangman Guild is looking for members, so just click on my signature link and drop in!

My advice would be send warnings: 1st is "Your inactivity has caused us to send you a warning. Please post on the forums, or we will think you do not care about the guild." Second is, "This is your second warning. Further inactivity will cause suspension or banning from the guild." Third is, "You have received your third warning. You will be banned for not taking responsibility and posting in the forums. If the case is not your fault, please send us a PM and we will see what to do." Otherwise, they'll think it's all fun and games.
Also, for activity, you can have graphics for offer, weekly games, MOTM, and 'Did you notice'? - it can really boost activity.

well to tell the truth i dont know what you can do to better the guild maybe have an un phantom related Rping subforum so people can do Rp's on other stuff as well that might attract more people

MOTM? Is that member of the month? I could do that.. Hm.. I could award members who stay frequently active with sealed letters or gold, perhaps?

The guild is great as is, but we maybe have a masquerade in Towns? That get the other members active again.
