Background:
Vespa grew up in Japan due to her parents want to move away after the terrors of Lord Voldemort, as well as to distance themselves from their potentially dangerous family members, the Malfoys.
Vespa is part English (her father) and part Japanese (her mother).
However, when Vespa was 13, both of her parents died in an accident that she has yet to explain fully, save that it somehow involved Muggles.
Vespa then came to live with the Malfoys, because, to keep the pure blood in the family, she had been betroved to Draco since they were each born (Draco being five days older than her). Vespa, being Draco's third cousin, knows the lad well, and unlike his exterior to others, to her he is far kinder. She is perhaps the only one who would stand up to Draco, save the boy's father of course.
Lucius however, is a man whom Vespa fears, especially since she learned of his membership in the order of the Death Eaters, continuing Voldemort supporters, during the Quidditch World Cup. However, Lucius acts very little at home like he does in public, and this is something which intrigues and fascinates Vespa. She wishes to learn, perhaps... why.
Now however, she has transfered to Hogwarts, and after a summer with the Malfoy's, she is more than welcome for the start of school.

Draco Malfoy is the son and only child of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy and is currently attending Hogwarts. He is a rival of Harry Potter, actively trying to undermine him in any way he can. Draco has white-blond hair and a pale, pointed face. He owns an eagle owl who makes almost daily deliveries of sweets from home. Draco, after his father made a generous donation of Nimbus 2001 brooms to the team, has become the Slytherin Quidditch Seeker. (CS)

Draco met Harry Potter for the first time at Madam Malkin's robe shop in Diagon Alley on July 31, 1991. Draco confided to Harry that he was planning on bullying his parents into buying him things he wanted, which reminded Harry strongly of his cousin Dudley. When Draco saw Hagrid through the window of the shop, Draco spoke disparagingly of him:

"I've heard of him. He's a sort of servant, isn't he? ... I heard he's a sort of savage -- lives in a hut on the school grounds and every now and then he gets drunk, tries to do magic, and ends up setting fire to his bed." (PS5)
This attitude about other people put Harry off considerably. Those comments were followed by another intolerant speech about witches or wizards born of Muggle families:
"I really don't think they should let the other sort in, do you? They're just not the same, they've never been brought up to know our ways. Some of them have never even heard of Hogwarts until they get the letter, imagine. I think they should keep it in the old wizarding families." (PS5)
Aboard the Hogwarts Express, once he'd heard who Harry was, Draco introduced himself to Harry and suggested that Harry would be better served being friends with Draco than with Ron Weasley, whose family he obviously despised:
"My father told me all the Weasleys have red hair, freckles, and more children than they can afford... You'll soon find out some wizarding families are much better than others, Potter. You don't want to go making friends with the wrong sort. I can help you there." (PS6)
He then held out his hand to shake Harry's, but Harry didn't take it, instead responding, "I think I can tell who the wrong sort are for myself, thanks." These two events set the stage for a rivalry between the two boys which continues through every school year.

Draco is seldom seen without his two friends, Crabbe and Goyle, who are much larger than he and function as bodyguards. Their relationship is not a friendship between equals. Draco is clearly the leader and he seems to look down on the other boys as being ignorant and slow (which is true). They serve his purposes, however, and they give Draco a sounding board for his virulent speeches against Potter, Hermione Granger, and the Weasleys. He also employs them to do his dirty work on occasion.

Draco is constantly frustrated by the attention given to Harry. His father cautioned Draco that it is not prudent to seem to be an enemy of Potter, who everyone in the wizarding world considers to be a hero, but Draco finds it impossible to be friendly with Harry. Especially galling to Draco is that fact that Muggle-born Hermione Granger outperforms Draco in lessons and Harry outflies him in Quidditch. The teachers seem to give Potter a lot of leeway when it comes to rule-breaking. To top it all off, Harry is a celebrity whose picture appears in the Daily Prophet and who is treated in a familar, friendly way by the Minister of Magic himself (at least he was, until the summer of 1995).

Draco is something of a whiner, or at least he is not above using a relatively minor injury to his own advantage. When a hippogriff slashed his arm in the fall of 1993, Draco used this as an excuse to skip a week's worth of lessons, to force other students to do his work for him, and to avoid having to play a tough Quidditch match in unfavorable weather. He is also not above using offensive or hurtful language to others, including the term "Mudblood" which is highly offensive.

It is difficult to determine Draco's relationship with his parents. He is certainly spoiled, judging by the way he bullied Lucius, his father, into buying him a racing broom and by the large amounts of sweets and other gifts he receives from home on an almost daily basis. His mother does care about him, enough anyway to nix the idea of his traveling far away to attend Durmstrang instead of Hogwarts, and she was frantic when she found out that Voldemort had a special plan in mind using Draco. At the Quidditch World Cup, Draco was treated to a seat in the Top Box by his parents. His father is a Death Eater, and apparently high up in Voldemort's ranks, and he councils and cautions his son in how to appear respectable in Hogwarts society but also how to advance the cause against Dumbledore. Lucius sends Draco press clippings which could prove useful in embarrassing or harrassing Potter or the Weasleys. Lucius advised Draco, when the Chamber of Secrets had been opened in 1992-3, to keep a low profile and let the Heir of Slytherin get on with it.

He is a good student, although he wishes that Hogwarts actually taught how to perform Dark Magic, not just defend against it. He is a very capable Quidditch Seeker.

Lucius was a Death Eater during Voldemort's first "reign of terror," however after he disappeared, Malfoy "came back saying he'd never meant any of it" (CS3). Arthur Weasley reportedly believes that Malfoy was in Voldemort's "inner circle" (CS3).

Lucius revived his old allegiances when Voldemort rose to power once again (GF). He had a variety of illegal poisons, Dark Arts objects and artifacts hidden in his mansion, some in a secret chamber under the dining room floor (CS4). He remained staunchly against admitting non-pure-blood witches and wizards into Hogwarts and he used his influence (and money) to try to force changes there.

He considered Dumbledore to be a very poor headmaster and even succeeded in getting him temporarily removed from that position (CS14).

The Malfoys had a house-elf named Dobby who was "bound to serve one house and one family forever" (CS2) until Harry tricked Lucius into releasing him (CS1 cool .

Lucius Malfoy has used his position in the wizarding community and well-placed donations and contributions to gain considerable power in the current Ministry of Magic. When Fudge was minister, he acquiesced to Lucius, impressed with the "purity" of his wizarding blood and sizable sums of Galleons he donated.

After retaking his place as a Death Eater on June 24, 1995, Lucius participated in the attack on Harry in the graveyard of Little Hangleton. When that didn't go as planned but Harry wasn't believed, he resumed his privileged position with respect to the Ministry, especially influencing Fudge (OP9).

Background:
Hermione was born into a muggle family not knowing she was a wizard until she recieved her letter to come to Hogwarts. When she went she was always a bright person and soon knew more about magic then any of the students in her class.
Hermione met Harry Potter and Ron Wealsey on the train to Hogwarts while she was helping Neville look for his toad. Even though they have met Hermione wasn't friends with Harry or Ron till they saved her life in the girls bathroom when a troll was out in the castle and happened to go into the girls bathroom, then after Hermione so Harry and Ron wouldn't get in trouble by the teachers she took the blame for the troll, and thats when the friendship with Harry and Ron started and they became the golden trio.
Hermione stayed still the bookworm in the group occasionally helping Harry and Ron with there homework, she was the one who kept them in line and at least tried to get them to do there homework and do better in school.
She didn't have any problems with bully's until she met Draco Malfoy, he never really said anything to her, her first year but her second year he did when she said that the only reason he got in was cause he bribed his way in with his father buying the whole team Nimbus's 2001, He scowled at her and said "I didn't ask for your opinion, you filthy little mudblood" thats when it crushed her and she ran away crying mudblood meaning 'dirty blood' not pure a muggle born and after that she was another one of the people Malfoy bullied. His bullying her was from Hermione doing better then him in all the subjects in school, she had bushy hair and her teeth weren't straight and Hermione hung out with Harry and Ron.
Hermione stays close to Harry's and Ron's side for all time fighting with them and supporting as much when needed. Even though Harry and Ron don't like her bossiness sometimes, they still love her for being a good friend and being there when needed. Just like her with them Harry may be famous and pointed out and sometimes he is moody she still loves him just like she does Ron, with his hot head and hearty appetite, they are still great friends to her and she wouldn't ask for better ones.
