They are a Welsh band that is quite famous. You might have heard The New Transmission and Rooftops before. I'm not a big fan of them but I have friends that are.

I was an avid fan, and then I heard rooftops and yet another POP station. I'm sorry, but if music is being played on pop station's then you know that at least that song is dead. Look at I Write Sins Not Tragedies, Bad Day, Lips Of An Angel, and things like that.

Why does a song being played on a pop station mean it's "dead"? It just means they're a big band; nuthin' wrong with that.
I LOVE Lostprophets. They're playing near me but I had no idea about it and now I'm miserable ¬ _ ¬
Last Train Home was incredible. And their new stuff rocks, too.

x-dOOdlE-x Why does a song being played on a pop station mean it's "dead"? It just means they're a big band; nuthin' wrong with that. I don't have a problem with the band getting bigger, but I like to classify Lostprophets as Alternative, and when a pop station plays it, it menas that the song has a big following. Nothing wrong with that either. But then pop stations don't know how to let go. They play the same song at least 10 times a day and I'm not exaggerating. And when they do that the song starts to lose its value... If that makes sense

Personally I love it when they play songs I love (which didn't used to be often) but taht's 'cause I'm weird in the way I don't get bored of songs easily. But someimes I think that pop stations need to balance out what they play, even if I don't like it. It makes it faaaaiiiir razz

I liked the days of The Fake Sound Of Progress & Start Something. >_> Ian was hotter back then, & the band as a whole played better, imo.

Artists like Kelly Clarkson, or Nick Lachey. They really need to stay away from Chamillionaire or AFI. What they end up doing is editing out all the best parts which does kill the song. The cut out the screming part in 'Miss Murder' and they edit out every other word for 'Ridin' It just doesn't make sense to me

At the moment they've gone a bit emo... which is kinda random. I KNOW it's so annoying when they skip parts of songs out. They keep missing the part of Welcome to the Black Parade where Way is screaming "when I was a young boy..." which I like mouthing along to razz I agree, it completely ruins the song sometimes... and the problem with rap, it's all swearing so they have to miss it all out which makes it even crappier (if even possible) because you don't even know what they're saying (although it's probably about how they're a pimp with a loada bitches or some other ridiculous phrase that makes them sound sad as hell, rant over.)
