Gifted Ones Within the modern world a silent war is under way, one that is unnoticeable by the human eye, only those who receive the gift of foresight can see this war, and those who can see the war are in danger. The life of the Gifted Ones is not that of an easy gift, it must be given by the Goddess herself upon birth. Once born with this gift, it is a matter of time before the person becomes isolated from the world, isolated to be able to predict the next event, the next sentence, the next movement by not magic, but being able to perceive the world in a different and more detailed way. Only through training can one fully find one’s true power presented by the Goddess, which grants special abilities and for many, the ability to never age. The Gifted Ones are separated by ideals of 3 kinds, the Ying (who work for the good and salvation of human kind), the Yang (who work to destroy the world and start over with a new race of beings), and the Ming (who stay on the side lines, or work for both, or destroy both). The Ying have won many times over the Yang but some where to be called as losses throughout history. The Ying now wait for a chosen one with the gift of powerful foresight to defeat the Yang forever, or to stop a plot that could destroy the world. *Pm charactors

The cast (as every RP needs one) Circumstances for new recruit for Ying and Yang [Ming is neither*] (foresight generally gained around 7-25 years) Circumstances… 1) MUST have power of foresight, if they can see any 3, they have this power. 2) Isolated from the world, the person does not belong in society and over short period of time. 3) MUST be willing to part from family, friends, pets, and all ties to old life. 4) Recruiter must learn observable invisibility before recruiting. *Ming is either self taught, or picked up by a Ming through barbaric measures [like kidnapping]. YingGaia Name: Bombad Character Name: Uzel Nagroom Ying, Yang, or Ming: Ying Age: Looks to be in his 40’s, otherwise he says he has been around since the Divine Age. Gender: Male Description: Dark brown skin, big (tall and muscular), tattoos all over his body (hidden by cloths), he wears a black cloak and dark brown pants, several weapons are hidden within his clothing. Known Gifts: Foresight, regenerate, unlocked rage Weapons: Duel swords Skills: A weapon master, leader Character’s history: A gifted ever since the Divine Age long long ago, he has been in every major event in history. He fought the Romans as a Spartan, fought in the Three Kingdoms in China, etc. Uzel has faced the loss of many comrades, both mortal and immortal, and so has closed himself from emotions. Not to say Uzel has friends, he has many within both Ying and Ming. He is a leader, and a fierce warrior. YangGaia Name: Desdemona Winchcombe Character Name: Fryt Wiucon (pronounced "View kon") YingYangMing: Yang Age: 20 in appearance. Doesn't tell his real age. Gender: Male Description: Spindly, average-to-tallish height, wide eyes, one green and one blue. Black hair, cut very short. Known Gifts: Foresight, no-age, observational invisibility, power over fire. Weapons: A tiny, easily-concealed dagger, and a handgun. Skills: Marksmanship, and LYING LIKE A RUG. Character’s history: Fryt is like a shadow, constantly appearing and disappearing in time. He is responsible for countless acts of death and destruction, often towards innocent people, but for those gifted that know him and what he does, they are confused by him. He acts like he is skittish and easily terrified, and as though he hates the thought of committing a crime. He will deny ever killing anybody, unless he happens to be killing you. In that instance, you will never see him quake, or hear his voice tremble. This is his true side - a guiltless sadist that yearns to destroy this hated world. Gaia Name: Ameko no Mori Character Name: Maryana Gavalov Ying (good), Yang (evil), or Ming (neither): Yang Age: Appears around 19. Is farily old, but not in comparison to most of the other Gifted. Gender: Female Description: A rather short girl, she has a lean appearance, despite her wide hips. Her hair is a light shade of brown, with magenta tips, and her eyes are bright green. There is something in her that is almost like a weasel or a rodent of some sort. She dresses in raggedy layers and really doesn't look very foreboding. In fact, she looks somewhat like a wounded animal, the say she acts. However, her power is still to be reckoned with. Known Gifts: Foresight, non-aging, can create fire through any means of friction. Weapons: Many daggers, all hidden in her clothing. Skills: Very agile, particularly with daggers. Observational invisibility. Can dance/is very rythmic. Character’s history: She isn't the type you would consider to be evil. In her opinion, she is being a radical, and doing what needs to be done. She has been discriminated for her talents, and over the years grew a deep hatred for normal people. She came to the conclusion that she and her fellow gifted individuals were the next stage in evolution, not some sort of freaks. She was originally trained as a member of the Ying, and had been willing to give up her former life. However, she turned to the Yang side when she was mistreated by the humans she had once loved: her boyfriend and sister. Now she is ruthless in battle because she fights for what she believes in. Anything else: She is a fiery and passionate person who believes in justice at all costs. And in her opinion, justice means the success of the Gifted. Ming

Terms! Gifted Ones - Those given special powers by the goddess, given the gift means given the power to change the world. These powers may seem like a curse, but they are a gift, never an actual curse. Skills Observational Invisibility - Ability learned by some training, it allows the person seem invisible to those without foresight. Thus, a fight can happen without poeple around the Gifted to be seen. Most every Gifted learn this ability, although there are some poeple without this ability, but it is only if they perfer it that way. Powers Power of Foresight - All gifted have this ability, the future can be seen by examining an event or person in very close detail. Cannot be used to predict other Gifted, as they too posses this power, this gift from the goddess allows the Gifted to shape the future. Power of No Ageing - One ages to their specific age at which they are at their peak strength, a person could indeed de-age back to a younger person if they have this gift.

We are the gifted, those who given a gift by the Goddess herself. She has entrusted us in the future of the world, given us the power of foresight, giving us choice over destiny. A power such as this is of great responsibility and requires guidance. Those who wish to defend the world, defend civilization, defend the good citizen, and protect the right for the normal person to live on, join the Ying as I have. The Yang wishes only to destroy for whatever reason, but is just like the Ying in rules only with different ideals. The Ming is a group that belongs to neither, each with their own ideals and powers.
We the gifted are given a gift, not a curse. This is a gift to change the future, a chance to change ourselves, and to prevent or cause disasters. We are fighting a war, a war of balance set up by the Goddess not a war of ideals. Good, Evil, Neutrality, must all be at balance for the world to continue.

My name is Jason Jackson; I was a high school student. I lived a normal life for the few years of my life. I had friends, a wonderful family, video games where always great, and football was an American pastime. Life was about as average as you could think of.
But then I started to ace my tests, which was strange since I always had C’s, the teachers all began thinking I was cheating somehow and began to fail me test after test. My friends became uninteresting since they were predictable, and became fed up with me and my attitude. My loving family also began to isolate me and favored my younger sister, thinking that I was a cheater and just somehow not notice I was there. I became invisible while visible.
Then during my lunch hour, a man looking like some sort of ninja walked in. No one but me seemed to notice the ninja, even though they did walk around him to get by. He walked up to me, gestured me to rise and follow.
When we found a private place, he said, “I know how you feel, you feel alone, ignored, all because of the curse to see into the future, correct?” I nodded and he continued, “I must reassure you that it is a gift, not a curse. You can find a place where you won’t feel cursed, but to go with me you must be ready to give up everything that you have known, friends, family, pets, everything.”
I thought it over, but I felt I had already made my decision, “I…I want to go! There is nothing for me here, they all ignore me. Are there friends where you go ninja person?”
The ninja seemed to have a sympathetic expression as he said, “Yes, there are friends where I go, but to warn you further, coming with me is also dangerous, and death is not impossible.”
I had already made up my mind though, “I don’t care if I die, I just want friends, and…and I don’t want to be with people who think I’m a cheater. I want to be with people that I can be with to be normal. I want to go with you Mr. Ninja sir.”
The ninja seem to laugh a bit at the last bit as he said cheerfully, “Very well, come with me then, I shall train you to use your gift properly.”
I am only 16 years old, but I think I have found my place in the world.

Fellow Yang, we are in a time of opportunity. Forgive me for having us inactive for such a long period of time, but that time is up as we now are ready to begin the plan!
We the gifted, feel alone in this place, we are no longer considered a normal human. We the Yang believe the world is corrupt to the very core, human kind driven by politics rather than action! This is what we believe, to create the ideal world for us is to clean the plate and start anew, we must make our utopia that none could have foreseen!
A new world where no gifted is lonely, and no corruption or war to ruin it. It would be the last day the Yang would exist, to be born as something new and great.
Our future is ours, not to anyone, not to anything. We shall decide destiny of all!

“All teams report.”
“Marcus here, team 1 ready.”
“Davis here, team 2 ready to follow you in sir!”
“Team 3 ready to scale the wall boss.”
“Jonin here, we found what seems to be a power circuits, we will let you know what it is exactly soon.”
“Team 5 has the fence cut and ready to roll in.”
Uzel looked up from his position near the front gate, and started to walk toward it, “all forces, commence the plan,” he ordered.
The plan was centered on a missile silo in North Korea that was currently occupied by Indian forces. Taking down the silo will bring better relationship between US and China. It was a fairly simple task, all the teams are to take out the power and whatever information that can be found.
Uzel walked up to the gate where the guards did not notice him until the first guard had a sword cut though his chest, after that Uzel’s invisibility was useless and quickly cut down the other guard. Afterwards he opened the gate and walked a straight line toward the door of the complex, quickly slicing up anyone in sight range so that team 2 could follow in behind.
Then the alarm sounded, “What happened?” asked Uzel in his headset.
“Jonin here, we cut what seemed a power circuit but it seems this is a fake circuit breaker.”
“Team 5 is getting some flak here, we can handle it though.”
Echoes of fire started to filter through the air as Uzel finally made it to the compound, “All teams continue the mission, team 2 good luck as I have other things to attend to.”
“Roger sir, good luck.”
