The Bluebird's Call by: Erin Adams (still working on a pen name)
They left about an hour ago, up into the air. High above me, in the light of day so fair. I heard them calling saying "come with us and fly away, there is room for you among our troop, come join our merry group." They danced and they sang, excalimed their bird calls, but, I, I was stuck, and if I could get up my cahin to the earth wouyld make me fall. I watched as they looked at me, they couldn't feel the pain, it they only see, stuck here, on teh ground, never to get up, my worries and my fears force my place in my dark world of drear. I said I was sorry but could not come, I would if I could. The bluebirds understood and off they flew away, promising to come back another day.

Tea and SuicideGive me love or give me death; Read my lips but watch my heart. Ask me why my mind doth part--- Verily shalt I reply, Even if I am to die. Dare to challenge foreseen fate; Entwine her lips and I, Near my mistress cry In torment of the spirit, As destiny will hear it. Live to take my final breath On this forsaken earth. Feared I this day since birth. Taint my flesh and rot my brain; Hunger for a lover slain. Eager both to love and hate; Spill my blood upon the floor, Utter that of nevermore. If these words were never true, Care not all that I may do. Ill she speaks, though silent she. Despair not my wretched life, Although thy words cut like a knife. Listen, I am fainter now, Still a tear under thy brow. Spare my time that shan't spare me. Older days mayst come anew Unto stars I've carried through.
Life, though I may end it; So glad I took the chance to lend it.
