Well it's not so dead as it is slow. See, the guild captain, who is also the captain of a few other Naruto related guilds, hasn't been around a lot. She made me the vice-captain of all her guilds so I could look after them while she was away in june and july this summer but she just kinda never came back gonk She's still around the site, I've spoken with her a few times but she seems to have her priorities elsewhere.
