When the show was taken offf the air for good, a number of sites began to host downloads of Invader Zim episodes. Later, a deal between Nickelodeon and Media Blasters was struck to release all aired episodes, the unaired yet completed episodes, and many extras (commentary, Irken subtitles, animatics and others). The release of three DVD volumes, each volume to include two DVDs of episodes, made the original purpose of being able to download the episodes via the Internet a rather pointless gesture, not to mention a pretty sticky situation with piracy laws.
If you want to relive the Irken experience, it would be far better to find and purchase the three DVD volumes:
Volume 1: Doom Doom Doom (includes the unaired test pilot episode, Food Fight)
Volume 2: Progressive Stupidity (the bulk of the other episodes)
Volume 3: Horrible Holiday Cheer (the last of the Season One episodes, plus the X-mas special and the Season Two episodes, which never aired on American television to my knowledge)
If you are lucky to find the Collector's Edition Box (shaped like Zim's house), you will receive the Bonus Disc Seven, which includes the uncut version of the X-Mas special and the audio feeds (no video, storyboards, animatics) for eight of the planned episodes.

Don't bother with Amazon and eBay; you'll get burned in no time flat. Hot Topic sells all sorts of Zim merchandise, including the DVDs. If there isn't an outlet near you, try their online store. The availability of merchandise and DVD volumes is rather sporadic from outlet to outlet. Stay patient and keep looking; you will eventually find what you seek.

Because it's against the TOS(I think), I don't think that I can give away any websites to download them from. BUT nick.com has some viewable episodes on Turbonick(I'm not sure which ones, Turbonick doesn't work on my crappy '98 ). I heard that Turbonick has the halloween episode. youtube.com also has a lot of episodes to view.
