I'm new to this guild and would apreciate any help or andive you can give me.

I'm trying to lose my belly fat and fat from my hip are. It would be nice to work on my thigs too. I already eat fairly health and are not truely overweight but I would really like to have a flat stomach like I did last year. I'm 15 and are 5.2 (in.) so if you have any tips that would deal with hieght or age plaese include this in your post. i also have very little time to do exersize as i have a ton of homework and am in AP, Pre-Ap and TAG classes at the moment.

Please help. The only scale in the house is my mom's and it is off but we don't know by how much.

Hmmm...if you have very little time for exercise, it could be hard. I'd suggest eating more (but in small portions) to boost your metabolism so that it's burning fat even while you sleep and stuff. You can also be sitting at your desk and do ab exercises while you do homework and whatnot.
As for the thighs, try standing up (while you're reading your textbooks or whenever) and have one leg go out to the side and come in (you can do this in different directions to work all around). Do that a bunch of times and you'll really feel it. Then, do the other leg. smile

i'd go use one of those scales you put money in a machine for at a gym or pharmacy or use the scales at one of your friends houses or whatever to find out your weight. then you can work out your BMI (body mass index). also get a measuring tape and measure around the smallest part of your belly (your waist) and around the area where your belly button is, and the widest part of your stomach (usually around where love handles are). that way you can work out how much you need to lose etc.

I also have a ton of homework- but what I've noticed is that I procrastinate all the time. So instead of talking on the phone or surfing the internet, you could exercise. I also find that exercise helps me focus, so the work gets done more quickly.

I recently heard Hindu pushups are great for abs (since it involves stretching in a pushup). Here's an animated gif of how its done

Looks difficult but its not really (if you can do normal ones) Here it is again in video form (it's smoother motion so you get a better idea)

I am recently going to incorporate it into my daily routine so I can't say I'm living proof it works but try it out might do you some good ^_^
