read this whole post before you post
ok here goes
the world has changed people have gone back to the old ways. magic is everywere the hidden reces have come out of hiding (and everything is pretty cool i must say). the seals have been broken magic is out of control again the ancient spell wevers of the past are furiuos and have decided to host a competion to get order back in the world. after many years of chaos the ancients found some suitable candidates and have contacted them and told them were to begin .
magic has 2 forms (high form)- complete control and can do almost every thing with your element and is less draining on user but it is much weaker than (full form)- much stronger than high form but limits to 1 area of focus in your element and more draining on user
ok heres the wierd part the world has all the major countries and clothes but is technologicaly like it is in the lord of the rings and stuff like that
to rp in this all you need is to answer this 30,000,000 page exam(just kidding) just do this

backround(optioinal but appreciated): grew up troubled when the seals on magic were undone he relished the thought of getting back at every one that had mad his life a living hell so thats what he did only to be beaten by his brother who he could never beat at anything ever. then he melowed out alot but will still flip out every once and a while
story starts out in a small mountain town in america

Race: Something New. Her relatives tend to vary... to many things, but she looks Human.
Weapon: Sword Staff.
Magic: High form: Nature... earthy stuff, yah know?
Apperance: Long light brown hair to her back. She has stone gray eyes. She tends to wear a Nintendo sweatshirt and blue jeans.. her shirts change frequently, as seeing she works with the earth. . . and has dirt on her.
Personality: Its very hard to get her angry. Once you do, your screwed. She tends to love to cuddle and can seem very shy at times. The majority of people believe she is shy, the others find her out going. It depends on if she likes you or not. She is alot smarter then she may come off as due to her age...
Background: She was born in a family of magic users. Her Parents disapeared at a young age. She was raised by her brother and sister. Her sister died about 2 years ago, and her brother and Anna are avenging her death. She has always had a green thumb and spent days in the woods. She trained a wolve to follow her at the age of 11 and has always had it as a pet. She tended to be a loner through out her years, after countless trys to make friends. Many males have fallen for her, but ended up dieing or disapearing...

Name: Danny Age: 16-17 Race: Fox Boy! Weapon: Kunai knives and Shuriken Magic: High form: Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Bloodline Limit! (Uchiha Bloodline) Apperance:  Personality: Perverted, Calm, Abit Sensitive, Lady's Man, sometimes Energenic, alittle Paranoid at times, kinda short tempered! Backround: Danny has kinda been a loner, he never really liked people around him, but when he turned 13 his parents and grandparents died of Heart diesease and he didn't wanna be taken care of by anyone else except them. So after 3 years of training, he hes become an expert in Taijutsu, and okay in both Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. one his 15th birthday he started getting attracted to women and wanted to have a girlfriend, but thinking that impossible he just became a perverted lady's man! His goal is to become a true Ninja expert and get married and pass on his genes because he is the last hope of his family!

Anna walks around the streets of a city, thinking about the chaotic magic situation. She zoned out thinking about the competition some old mages wanted her to enter. She stuffed her hands in her red coats' pockets. She walked steadily not reliseing where she was going. Her tight green tank top being not warm enough, even with her jacket... Anna was trying to not focus on the slight chill.

*opens the first chakura gate to move really fast eyes still closed, the manager quits chasing him but Danny doesn't realise it had stopped so he kept running till eventually he crased into Anna* *he yells* Aaah! s**t I am so dead! *he falls and crashes into a street light* @_@

Owy..." she says rubbing the arm he hurt. She looks at Danny and smiles sweetly, "I'm sorry, babe. I wasn't looking where I was going. You okay?"

Anna does a slight wave and speaks. "My names Anna. Whats yours?" She says looking him up and down, noticing his magizine and trying not to laugh.
