I think its a cheap card. I don't really like it because all your LP can go to waste thanks to a MST or Dust Tornado.

To me, its just an other card that will eventually be the target of 1 of my 6-8 s/t removal cards -,- ..
The only use for that card was the two combos
Wall + Last turn.. which last turn is banned -_-;;
wall and self destruct button

S'a waste of lifepoints. I prefer to attempt to keep as many lifepoints as possible, no way would I waste any of them just for that effect. However, I'm willing to half my lp to summon Dark Magician (on the DS game. Don't have the right card in reality)

Too easily stopped. Negation doesn't stop you paying. It's good in an anti-spell deck, that's all I can say, but Breaker can still take it out. I advise: don't use it.
